Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Playa del Carmen

Absolutely perfect spot for a beach getaway in a beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Stunning view of the ocean and just steps away from the water! Great location as well to access the mall for post-beach activities. Would recommend and absolutely stay at Casa Marmol again!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

exelente lugar el trato exelente igual la experiencia fantástica aunque llegamos tarde todo salio a la perfección no tuvimos ningún problema y especialmente para los ni@s lo disfrutaron al máximo definitivamente recomendado ..y si se llegar a presentar la oportunidad de regresar a cozumel definitivamente intentaríamos quedarnos nuevamente en este lugar

El departamento muy bien equipado, tanto la cocina con electrodomésticos necesarios para la comida así como la sala con Aire acondicionado y el entretenimiento de la TV. Alicia fue muy atenta y amable durante toda la estancia. Estamos muy agradecidos 🙏

El lugar es ideal para dos o incluson mas personas, tiene una buena ubicación y fácil acceso

Mati’s place was great! The front desk was very helpful with the check in process and we loved walking around Playa Del Carmen from our airbnb. It was easy to find and was on a direct route to cool places to eat and shop around the town. We enjoyed practicing our spanish with everyone and we’d definitely stay here again!!

Lo unico malo son los horarios de entrada y salida, es demasiado tempano 10:00 am para salir

El Depto, está muy cómodo, muy cerquita de la quinta avenida, a 400mt de la playa. La pequeña pileta en azotea privada, perfecta para el relax. Relación calidad-precio buena

Solo el acceso para el apartamento el código para ingresar se bloqueo y tarde afuera con mi familia media hora en poder ingresar por lo demás todo bien

Excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de la quinta avenida y de la playa, aun asi un lugar muy tranquilo, se encuentra tal cual que en la publicación y Mateo siempre atento

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Quiet and peaceful with a view of the trees. Many colorful birds to watch from the balcony. This is a penthouse unit with a rooftop area which was very large. We had a few unexpected and unavoidable maintenance issues but one text to Matt and the maintenance guys were there literally in minutes. The only negative I can think of is the stairs ( no elevator)which were poorly illuminated at night but that is a general building maintenance issue. The price was fair and the welcome snacks and drinks were very appreciated. Sylvia the maid was very nice and did a great job cleaning. I will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Playa.

I like to stay at a different Airbnb every time I am in PDC. I think this place is my dreamiest yet. Everything from the architecture to the finishes screams “serene”. I couldn’t even hear the construction which was right behind the building. The rooftop deck was massive and I wish I’d have time to sunbathe in it. The linens smelled so fresh and the surfaces were all spotless. The concierge team were angels - special thanks to Angelica for lending me money for a tip. Parking was assigned. Things that were not quite perfect: the tv is in the bedroom so that gorgeous sectional was underused. The internet was too slow to work remote and the TV live channels were a pixelated blur despite the sound coming through. I reported both issues and I received an automatic message but no solution. And last - there was no public beach, only a couple of beach clubs and only one was reasonably priced. For a complex this big, they should have left some roads to the beach like Playacar did.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 5 adults. The 4 rooftop pools and pool bar were perfect for avoiding the seaweed beach days. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance! The taco stand just across the street has the best birria tacos! Grocery store just around the corner made it super easy to stock up and carry things home. Joe was very helpful with giving us advice for excursions and how to get to other towns/beaches! Overall great experience :)

Excelente ubicación, variedad de restaurantes en la cuadra. Relativamente cerca de la 5ta Avenida, de hecho fuimos caminando con nuestros hijos de 8 y 6 años. El estudio es pequeño pero contó con todo lo necesario para nuestro grupo familiar. Nohemy atenta a nuestras inquietudes!!

Excelente departamento , en una excelente ubicacion.
