I practice Studio 8 blocks away from Playa CTM

Studio on 52nd Street between Av 15 and 20 . It has a basic kitchenette, private bathroom inside the room and air conditioning. MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! is 2 blocks away from 5th Avenue and 5 minutes from the beach. There is only hot water in the shower and cold water in the sink and dishwasher . For the best comfort and not to bring surprises it is important that you take into account the tropical climate and the Riviera's ecosystem.
