Excellent Estancia, very good service

We rented this apartment so we could be with our daughter and her family for a vacation at the beach. The apartment was a great fit for the 7 of us and it was well equipped to meet our needs. It was a lovely place to be and the pool by the beach provided not only a beautiful place to swim, but the ability to see and hear the ocean. There was beach access also. Beto was extremely attentive and responsive to the needs that came up..an excellent host. We would definitely return.

The house is excellent, as is the location. The area is very quiet and with easy access to the beach. Mrs. Jazmin is an excellent person, very attentive to the details and with very good recommendations. We loved the place, we will be back soon!!

The place is Really Nice, for my Likes the only thing I did not enjoy was the Shower Head and gabinetes was to high for me, Over all we love the place and we will came back, is a lot of things around and the beach is privet just for you. We did not have hot water, but with the hot weather is nice the temperature the water comes out. Thanks Julio 😘

An excellent option, we felt right at home, Luis was very kind, the place is in a quiet area, literally crossing the street was the beach , which beautiful view. The pool is spacious for the whole family, a deep part (approx 1.45) and the chapoteadero. was always clean and available all the time! we will be back for sure 💖

Mariana is an excellent host, everything coincided with the photos,the pool schedule is excellent, the apartment is super clean and everything works 100% ,the kitchen well equipped , Mariana was attentive to us and any message responds immediately , the beach club is very nice, excellent facilities!

It's a super alternative to being in Acapulco. A few steps away you can walk to everything, super, pharmacies, restaurants, bars. There is a very strict security that is always attentive to everything. An excellent place, the apartment is clean and comfortable. Elena's service to respond is always very quick. 100% recommended. great house! beautiful and spacious. They communicated very well and fast. Went beyond for certain things like helping us with our luggage!

The family and I had an incredible time, both the administrator and Enrique were very attentive to us, accessible and very friendly all the time. We had some issues with the light but it was more CFE theme and I want to recognize one of the Alondra receptionists who made us feel attended and helped us a lot when the access code was blocked. The excellent amenities and spectacular sea access… we had an amazing time

My family and I had a great stay at this place. Since we arrived we felt very comfortable, the space is cozy, very clean and with everything you need to rest and enjoy. Proximity to the beach and pool area is a big plus. The care and detail with which they maintain the home is noticeable. We come with good memories, and looking forward to coming back soon.

The penthouse is amazing, I usually stay in the great mayan but for the dates I couldn't find it available anymore, so I was lucky enough to book here and the only thing I can say is that he doesn't ask for anything, the view and location is unbeatable, the apartment is beautiful and Sheryl and Jessica's attention was amazing. An extra fee is paid but totally worth it, it includes free bar and unlimited botana. We are definitely thinking about returning.
