Condo vacation rentals in Playa Sayulita

We stayed for a week with friends who own a condo in a different tower. The condo was spacious and very clean. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views. We had a wonderful time and are considering staying again next year. One callout would be that the kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities like salt, pepper, dish soap or a sponge. Just a heads up that you will need to buy these or bring them with you.

Everything is perfect! There are some minor constructions happening around the building during The time we stayed, so a bit noisy at day time, but not disturbing at all.

Excellent place , the practically new facilities,the pools clean , air conditioned , the jakuzis super comfortable temperature and with hydromassage , the swim lane on the second floor with beautiful view we loved it ,the apartment very spacious and very well used the spaces. We had a washing machine , dryer, soap to wash clothes and dishes , good shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms , the location of the place we liked to go to walk to the seawall !.In general, we spent a few days very comfortable ! We highly recommend it .

This is a great apartment for a long stay (we stayed 3 months). Kitchen is well equipped, two nice swimming pools, the buiding is well maintained. There is a public market for fruits and vegetables at 5-10 minutes walk as well as a larger grocery (Chedraui) also 10 minutes walk. There are nice restaurants near by, so are the bus stop to go to Centro (Malecon and Isla Cuale) or to go north (The marina, the airport, bucerias, etc.). We loved our stay at Gerry's place.

My family celebrated our Mums 80th birthday here and it was the perfect place for us all to gather and enjoy our time. The condo is beautiful, clean, and the hosts and property manager were very responsive to any concerns. There were 8 of us so the four rooms worked well all with their own washroom. One room is much smaller than all the others with a full/double bed. We knew this going in and gave the couple in that room a discount from the shared price as it has much less space. The setting is beautiful and the beach is stunning. The most important thing is that is was a perfect spot to create some amazing family memories. We hope to be back!

The condominium is in perfect condition, much better than the photos. The amenities are very comfortable, pools with warm water and everything is very clean.

Great location on the ideal side of the highway, beachside. Outstanding value. Minimal modern design with partial view of the beach. The bed was 💯 comfy! Haven’t overstepped in a long time. The rooftop narrow infinity pool was a dream. Nice restaurants all around. Highly recommended!

good location, close to beach, walkable to many great resturant, banks,grocery,coffee. Older home,could use some up grading. Stove exhaust fan and light didn't work. Private pool was nice but does not get a lot of direct sun, most of time was too cold. Pool cleaners were suppose to come on Tuesdays/Fridays but didn't always come, pool filter /pump was not always working. skimmer was never on . Cleaners did not do much when they did come....not impressed! Pool turned cloudy and green a couple weeks after we were there....called Diego to have cleaners come to fix the pump and use clarifier. Diego was always responsive and fixed thing fast. We enjoyed our stay and booked a couple additional weeks after our stay.

Incredible place. Attention to details. They could maybe leave an extra blanket as it does cool down at night. Also the wifi information on Airbnb was wrong but they sent me the correct information right away. Excellent place. Will me back forsure

Great place, great location.

Stayed here with 2 other families and the space was perfect for us all. Lots of room for everyone and great open shared space to hang out as a group. Our other friends also stayed in a different unit in the complex, so it was really convenient for our group. The ocean views were amazing, and the pool was great! The kids really enjoyed it every day. Ezekiel was a very responsive host and helped us with golf cart rentals and was on top of replying to every message. Would recommend staying here.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, a very quiet area, communication with Óscar was excellent, my daughters enchanted with the pool, the song of the roosters in the morning is a very pleasant extra, this place is highly recommended, without hesitation I would stay with Óscar many thanks

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

nice and new spacious apartment, Arturo is attentive to any situation. The only detail is that the neighbors cover the ocean view a little. Excellent value for money.

Everything was excellent, the attention on arrival. The pool is acclimatized and the facilities are very spacious.

This was the third year in a row we have stayed at Estancia with our grandkids. By far the best experience. Andrea communicated clearly and was flexible when we asked her to be. I highly recommend her place.

The place was great , as per the photos. There was nothing missing to cook . The rooftop pool is not heated, which is a shame because there is a lot of space on the roof . The one downstairs is heated but less chair and no umbrellas, there is still shade. To do the grocery shopping there is the Wal Mart and the Chedraui not far away . We could order 20 liter bottles of water from the caretaker at the entrance was much appreciated. Oscar received us very well upon arrival . He gave us refreshments while he explained the amenities and we were visiting the facilities. Very nice stay .

Lu was a great host. Very easy to communicate. The place was as described. The only thing I would say is the washer dryer is one combo unit and if you plan on washing and drying plan on 6 hours for one load and even then it doesn’t dry all the way: it is extremely slow and long. We did have some issues with hot water the first days there. Lu came and reset the water heater and it worked. Other than that the place was great it had everything we needed.

This was our second year staying at Alexander's condo. It was another great stay and we have already booked for next year. Alamar is a lovely complex and we love the infinity pool 100 steps outside our door, and the beach resort is also clean and amazing. Alexander was extremely responsive in his communications with us before and during our stay. The view from his condo is simply gorgeous. We could easily watch whales, dolphins and birds from our patio balcony - bring binoculars! Thanks again Alexander for sharing your beautiful condo, and we can't wait to come back next year!

The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is overlooking a massive pool and patio area, that is meticulously maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. It is such a large area you feel as though you have it all to yourself, there are lots of trees and the area is very private. Alejandro is a very accommodating host, he was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo is within walking distance to the marina where you will find many great restaurants. We were able to purchase wrist bands to access Vidanta, there is cart service to pick you up and drop you off at the door as well. There aren’t enough stars to give! we had a wonderful vacation here, and would absolutely recommend Alejandro and this property to anyone. We truly felt at home here! Muchas gracias!
