From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Our house is located in a quiet area in a small hamlet. It belongs to an old farmhouse, and we have completely refurbished it with quality materials. Close to all amenities: small shops and Carrefour Market 5 minutes away, first beaches 7 minutes away. The Plédran forest is nearby, it is equipped with a sports trail and games for children, as well as a bowling alley. Private parking for your car, outdoor terrace with offset umbrella (currently being fitted out).
