Petit jardin privatif et accès commun grand jardin avec animaux de la ferme et potager. Le tout situé dans un hameau calme. A 5 min des commerces alimentaires , restaurants et crêperies A 25min des plages en voiture. Circuits de randonnée aux alentours . Zoo et golf sur la commune voisine . A 25 min de Lorient.

HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance of a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the awning. We live in the adjoining house, without a view, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. You will probably meet our 2 cats and occasionally you might hear our little dog bark. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Station 15 min

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season cottage for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. Dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

Ideal for taking a short break when you're visiting the area, we offer our renovated caravan sheltered under a wooden bark carport. Located in the countryside while being close to amenities, (2 km from the city center and 700 m from the supermarket) you will be quiet and can enjoy very nice walks from our home.
