La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. La Bretonne with sea view - Jabula by the Sea

La Bretonne is a cosy 3-star space with living area and a kitchen corner downstairs, and a bedroom (the bed is 160 x 200 cm) with an en-suite shower room and toilet upstairs (please note that the stairs going up are very steep). There is a lovely sea view from the bedroom and even from the shower room. You can also admire the sea from the sofa downstairs, and from your own patio area in the garden, where you can relax after a day of exploring and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Located on the heights of Pont-Aven, within our property, the fully renovated and equipped "penty" can accommodate you to stay for a few days and discover Pont-Aven, and the many hiking trails along the Aven and Belon rivers. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.

Come and spend an unforgettable holiday in this lovely Breton house located 2 minutes from the port and beaches and 5 minutes from the famous Château de St Pol Roux. The wonderful beaches of Veryac'h and Pen Hat will enchant you and there are many walks to enjoy.
