This neo-Breton house is located in a large, very neat lot. In the living room, the fireplace spreads a cozy atmosphere. Also enjoy the hot tub (balneo hot tub effects) in the comfortable bathroom. You are halfway between the large beaches of Locquirec and Perros-Guirec. Be sure to visit the historic old center of Lannion with its cobblestone streets and alleys as well as the church of Brélévenez. You can easily reach Plouaret via the TGV.

The little house...

Detached house with equipped kitchen, TV in living room and bedroom. Access to the bedroom by a staircase ( not accessible to people with disabilities) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h,Trégastel and Trébeurden accessible, in 15 minutes by car, the entire coastline of Granit Rose to discover, it's just very beautiful. There is also the entire Port Blanc side, Plougrescant, the abyss. We do not work with the key box system.
