"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Wild Coast, Great Dune Site, GR34...). Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. "Pioka" Loft Art & Surf

Loft upstairs of a scenography, graphic design and other workshop, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept nightly rentals (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except in summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surfing & dunes within 2 km. You'll appreciate this space for its originality and location.
