Everything is in place for a simple, pleasant and accessible stay.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You are quiet in a quiet corner and the beach (La Bay de la Vierge) is within walking distance by road or a beautiful path in the forest. At Yaudet, the vestiges of all civilizations testify to the occupation of the site since the end of the Iron Age. Parking du Yaudet: GR 34 access, hiking loops 6 km and 8.5 km, Lannion is 4 km away and the pink granite coast is 15 minutes away.

In the heart of downtown Lannion (capital of Trégor and gateway to the Pink Granite Coast, GR34...). Nice 19 m² studio, refurbished, with views of the Léguer and direct access to the docks. On the 2nd floor of a secure building with 4 apartments and 1 bedroom. All amenities within walking distance (bakeries, cafes, restaurants…). Free parking (blue zone) 20 m away. Tourist Office 30 m away. Bus stop 50 m away and train station 800 m away.

Detached house with equipped kitchen, TV in living room and bedroom. Access to the bedroom by a staircase ( not accessible to people with disabilities) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h,Trégastel and Trébeurden accessible, in 15 minutes by car, the entire coastline of Granit Rose to discover, it's just very beautiful. There is also the entire Port Blanc side, Plougrescant, the abyss. We do not work with the key box system.

Gîte Gai Matin

Enjoy this cottage as a group, with lots of room for fun. Designed for family gatherings, friends, clubs, bikers, hikers etc… This renovated gîte is designed to be a warm friendly place. 4 km from the sea, close to the pink granite coast, Lannion, Perros Guirec, Ploumanach, Paimpol, Morlaix, Roscoff, go for a walk in our beautiful countryside, after a busy day meet for a barbecue or a quiet evening around a fire.

Maison de vacances

Small house close to all amenities 5 min from the beautiful air area food trade, clothing, pharmacy.... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (common) behind the house with games for children. We have a baby crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer a linen option at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

Waterfront Lodge

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

Ce duplex de 40m², entièrement rénové, est accolé au Gite de Lezenor. Les deux gites sont totalement indépendants et pour préserver votre intimité une petite terrasse privée, sans vis à vis, est à votre disposition.
