Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Fully kitted and equipped kitchen. Cabin has a wooden decking so you can enjoy the evenings over looking the garden and trees.

55 m2 accommodation on the second floor of a peaceful building, ideally located in the heart of the city. The apartment consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright bedroom with storage (5-drawer dresser), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The bed is for 2 people (140 bed, sleeps 2). A baby crib is available on request. Lots of books and board games. 2 connected speakers. Free parking spaces on public space.

Folding stroller, baby bed and high chair on loan on request. 5 minutes' drive to the center of Baud and the 4-lane highway. 10 minutes' drive to Clos du Grand Val. You have part of the terrace with a table for outdoor dining and access to the garden.
