Monthly Rentals in Pochutla District

My stay was a month and in all that time it was very pleasant and above all I received a lot of support and guidance from the host which made my stay more pleasant to the extent that I want to return as soon as possible, the place is very beautiful and with many beautiful beaches nearby, thank you very much.

I spent a month at this awesome spot. Very rustic and simple but has everything you need. The outdoor kitchen has a few things for cooking but not any basics like oil or salt or spices if you plan on doing any cooking. Drinking water is also not included so if you are staying longer it’s something you have to arrange with Jose beforehand. Besides that the location is great if you have a moto or don’t mind walking 20 mins up and down a big hill in the sheltering heat. I rented a scooter so it was a great location tucked away in the hills super peaceful and a really beautiful view of the ocean. Jose is a really great host, super helpful with local recommendations and really quick at responding when you text him with any questions. I would absolutely stay here again. ☺️

The house complies with everything listed. It is very spacious and you really enjoy all the amenities, especially the amacas and the terrace. The fans work great to slow down the heat. A plus that is appreciated is that everything has a mosquito net, then the house is very well ventilated without worrying about insects. There is privacy because the nearby houses are a little bit of a distance away. We felt safe and more for the dogs that approach the house, who are very friendly and looked after in the night of anyone who walked around. Certainly some noise is heard because there is the road, but the truth when you are used to it does not bother. It was very easy to get to and we had no problem with anything inside the house.
