We stayed in this fully air-conditioned home, a real delight. In addition, the tranquility of the place and the landscape are the best. Very good bedding, just a small downside for the pillows. Otherwise, you can book without a second thought. I recommend it.

We spent five nights in this studio and felt immediately comfortable. Modern furnishings and thought of everything. Even a shopping cart and a parasol were there. The only damper was the occasional lack of water in one of the kitchen, which seems to be normal in the marina. A water tank was installed for the bathroom. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience.

Pleasant stay for more than a month in a spacious apartment, very well equipped, close to a grocery store and several restaurants. Ideal location, in the center of Guadeloupe, to visit all points of interest. Maryse was attentive to our needs.

We felt very comfortable. The impressive ceiling height has created a nice atmosphere. Great view. Parking nearby. Beach access. Good bakery in the enclosure. We also liked the beach right at the apartment. You can also snorkel well here and further up are some food trucks. Veronika greeted us personally and said goodbye. She spoke English with us. Was always available and easy to reach, gave us good advice on all questions. Great service. We got water and fruits to welcome you. The apartment is very well equipped from iron to snorkeling equipment to beach chairs, everything is available. We're just a little sad that we only booked for 5 days. We also had a good longer stay here. We would love to come back.

Easy check in and communication with Danielle was great. The room was on the top floor, so not easy with a lot of luggage. But the view from the terrace was beautiful. Everything very clean. The residential area was okay. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation.

Great stay! Confirmed apartment, very well equipped and furnished with a very useful balcony! The environment is very nice, a great pool but we did not practice because the apartment overlooks a beautiful blue lagoon! If you are looking for an authentic, functional and central place to stay to get around Grande Terre, the accommodation is ideal. However, you are in the city center so convenient but beware potentially a little noisy sometimes. Hilaire is always very available if you have any concerns. So from my point of view, don't hesitate.

Ingrid’s place was just perfect. Super clean, amazing location, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, beautiful sea view and lovely warm reception from Ingrid as host. Our only regret was that we were unable to stay longer! We highly recommend this beautiful home for a perfect vacation in le Helleux, one of our favourite spots in Guadeloupe. We hope to return soon.

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

We were amazed by the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The estate is superb, very well decorated and surrounded by lush vegetation, offering a peaceful and exotic atmosphere. The small jacuzzi pool is a real plus, ideal for relaxing. The hosting was exceptional: Mariette welcomed us with incredible kindness and had even prepared a delicious Colombo chicken – a surprise that touched us and put us directly into the local atmosphere. Regarding the accommodation, it is spacious and pleasant. The bed is equipped with mosquito nets. On the other hand, there are a few things to improve: the air conditioning only works from 8 p.m. The bathroom deserves a renovation and, unfortunately, the fridge was not clean and a little sticky when we arrived. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a nice stay and especially remember the beauty of the place and the warm welcome. With a few upgrades, it would be a perfect place!

We enjoyed a family vacation and would highly recommend this place. The villa is perfect, the courtyard is even prettier than in the photos, very intimate and well set up to enjoy the outdoors. The hosts were welcoming and available. Loved our stay and will be back!

We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.

Émilie welcomed us dynamically and warmly! Émilie is very invested The place meets all the amenities we've enjoyed. It's very complete, there's nothing lacking. We highly recommend it! And the place is nice with access to the pool and on the beach next to a restaurant called the Ti Coco which offers simple but effective breakfasts for a start to stay.

Apartment with amazing views, extremely clean and very well equipped and comfortable. It was really nice stay. On the other hand, water problems (which are not the responsibility of the owner) are problematic because water outages are impossible to predict and last long!

Alexia provided us with very clear and detailed directions to access the accommodation which is well located right next to the beach of the Other side! Alexia's accommodation is modest, but very functional and very well maintained. The three of us were very well accommodated. Additional items are available such as a cooler and a hammock! Even though the apartment is located in a large building, it is well soundproofed and the proximity of the neighbors did not bother us at all. Sheets and towels had been forgotten for the 3rd occupant, but Alexia was able to correct the situation very very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Apartment in a secure and very well located residence to radiate on large land and lowland, close to roads. Spacious and well-equipped apartment with a large terrace close to the swimming pool and a small beach within walking distance from the residence. Great restaurants and takeaway pizzas nearby. Maria is very nice and responsive, and very good advice for the many activities that Guadeloupe offers. The presence of a water tank in the apartment is a real plus in Guadeloupe where water outages are regular. We highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

We had a great time at Eric's place. The apartment is very nice, very well equipped (up to the chairs and beach towels!) and impeccably clean. And this view of the sea delighted our days! The apartment is very well located, close to a nice small shopping center, restaurants and in a clean and quiet residence. Eric is a very attentive and enjoyable host. Súper stay meets all our expectations. Very nice welcome and informed advice from Laurent about the residence and the surroundings. Impeccable apartment, excellent planter in the fridge upon arrival. Secure pool, attached beach and restaurant… nothing to complain about, thanks for everything!

Accommodation on the ground floor, ideal for couples with children. Air conditioning present in the 2 bedrooms. Beautiful residence with 2 swimming pools and local shops in case of need (grocery store, bakery, restaurant, hairdresser, care center,...). Beach access without a car and all amenities are close by. Very good stay, we would highly recommend. Thanks to Joelle who gave us the opportunity to check out late with our baby it was very appreciated.
