The apartment is very cozy and very well equipped, it has no lack of detail. The outdoor area is taken care of and very nice. The hosts always available, but not seen. All phenomenal.

We just loved our stay. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, tastefully decorated, clean and perfectly equipped. The calm, comfort and natural environment (special mention to the surrounding countryside!) made our getaway really enjoyable. Anaïs was warm and made herself available to answer our questions. Between relaxing moments, walks in the surrounding area and beautiful evenings spent there, we leave with memories in our heads. Thank you so much!

Charming house that is nicely decorated and offers a lot of space. You are completely on your own and can do many beautiful things to do from there. The view to the horses and across the fields is picturesque. Odette is very friendly and helpful, we felt completely at home.

Charming accommodation, surrounded by nature in a peaceful and quiet environment. Yvonnick welcomed us very warmly and told us about hikes in the area. Accommodation 20min drive from Puy du Fou.

Everything was good! The cottage and its environment are absolutely charming and super quiet. Beautiful walks directly outside the door. Easily accessible sights... Ideal for lovers of nature and beautiful stones...

Beautifully restored house with everything you need for a stay. Very quiet area, small village, so for amenities you have to go for a while. We'll be happy to come back.

A very nice stay with Elisabeth's family! The spacious accommodation, the heated indoor pool, the large garden, the barbecue... We enjoyed everything as well as the walking (or cycling) nearby. Thank you Elisabeth for the warm welcome! We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time. The accommodation is located in the countryside, it is very calm and full of charm. The accommodation was clean and located in the middle of many interests (caves, castles, villages, ...). Amanda was very responsive and welcoming despite a late arrival from us. The hot tub is very nice after a long day of sightseeing. We would recommend the place without hesitation.

Patrick received us warmly. We had little things in the fridge when we arrived. Patrick was good tips on things to do on Sansais. (restaurants, activities, bikes, etc...) He always responded very quickly to all our requests. The boat is a real plus. There is also a laminated plan of conches in the space we were able to take with us. I had my 2 dogs who are wise. They were welcome. The bedding is extremely comfortable. THANKS Patrick, we'll be back:-)

We had the most wonderful week with Debbie and Mike. They are so warm and kind and made our week in France so memorable - we didn’t want to leave. The house, gardens and pool are beautiful, even nicer in real life vs the photos. Debbie and Mike have thought of everything in each area - the house, outdoor eating/lounging area, by the pool - it is exceptionally equipped. Everything is spotlessly clean from the bathrooms to kitchen cupboards. Thank you Debbie and Mike for such an amazing holiday xx

The accommodation perfectly matches the description and our expectations, Eric's check-in instructions were perfect even in his absence, the equipment of the "Joly Gite" is really complete and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully decorated and are spacious and pleasant. The living room and kitchen offer us a very pleasant living space with all the kitchen utensils and dishes available. Outside everything is designed to have a good family time with the bocce court, and the different dining areas or garden furniture. This cottage is the ideal place for a weekend with family or friends to visit the tour surroundings. At the top, Thank you Eric for your hospitality and kindness.

As a company, the comfort of our employees remains paramount. Communication is quick, instructions are precise, understandable, additional accessories such as sheets, linens, etc. are provided. The interior of the cottage is new, new furniture. Value respected. The cottage fully met our expectations. I would recommend it in a second, this is our second booking.

We had a pleasant time in Saint-sozy which is very well located for visiting the surroundings. The apartment was quiet and so were the neighbors. It's well appointed and the pool is a real plus. The garden too. Sebastien is available and kind. We recommend these listings.

Great welcome from Anne, Nicolas, Lilou, Paul, cows, calves, pony, donkey, goats, sheep and affectionate little ones who follow you like small dogs; a TOP stay for us as much as our two little girls who want to go back; a very informative farm visit; a comfortable and impeccably clean accommodation; many activities to do nearby. We met lovely people. A stay to redo... I recommend 1000%.

We had a relaxing, quiet time, relaxing by the swimming pool and the boules court. The stay was excellent, well located because not far from Royan, Cognac and Sainte. The space is spacious and the kitchen meets all expectations. The patio plancha area is appreciated. An extra barbecue would be nice, we didn't miss anything. Thanks to Flavien and the parents.
