Vacation rentals with a patio in Poitou-Charentes

Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

We had a pleasant stay. The place is beautiful, very clean and tastefully decorated. It is perfectly as described and very well equipped. We highly recommend it!

Charming apartment in the surroundings of downtown La Rochelle. Xavier was more than responsive and very professional in the organization of our stay. A place full of charm!

Peter's apartment is clean, quiet and well located for enjoying the center of La Rochelle and the surrounding area. There is a nice terrace that is nice in good weather. A small shop at the foot of the residence and a bakery 10 minutes walk away. An enclosed underground parking space at the foot of the elevator is a plus for luggage.

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

A big thank you to Olivier for his welcome, his kindness, his responsiveness, everything is done to facilitate our arrival, but also the comfort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The house is as described, beautiful house in which we feel at home, beautiful and large garden that allows our dogs to enjoy their holidays too! The house is in a very nice quiet area, with everything you need nearby. We felt comfortable, we will come back to Olivier's place, an address to remember! One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

A pleasant stay in a welcoming and warm house. We felt good there as soon as we arrived. The area is very quiet and the nearby bus stop is very convenient for getting around. We will come back to this house for our next stay in Bordeaux. Thank you Nicole!

Super private accommodation with superb terrace, everything is clean from the floor to the bed linen and towels. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were hosted very well. Just 2 steps from the house is an Intermarché, which is very convenient for some shopping and the gas station :) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would 2000% recommend this listing.

Very nice stay for a family. Close to Puy du Fou, that's what made us choose this place. Then when we arrive we see the superb view, the great accommodation, the little touches left by the hosts... very good!

We had a lovely time, thanks to Angelique and Christophe's place! The accommodation is very well located just a few minutes by bike from the small port of the fleet and especially its market! The coastal path is also nearby and will give you some great running sessions! Otherwise the accommodation is very very very functional , everything is well thought out, enough appliances to feel that we are missing nothing. there are many electrical outlets, storage, the space with the double bed is well thought out and gives you the impression of a real room in this studio. The underground parking is just the cherry on the cake! Honestly, I did a lot of airbnb and I find that Christophe and Angelique's place was designed for "us" guests so that we felt at home... and it works! Thanks again and I would highly recommend their place!

After a first misadventure with an Airbnb originally booked, we book Antoine's home quickly. What a pleasure it is to find a place that is as described. Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here. An enchanted break on this little island. The accommodation is 2 steps from the port, restaurants and walks on the ramparts . The space is step-free what was perfect for my adorable 87 year old mother, more secure! The apartment is clean ,modern and has a terrace . The ++++ a box for the car!!! Thanks to Marina who is very responsive and will tell you the right restaurant and other tips I'll go back there without hesitation 🙏
