Chalet vacation rentals in Poitou-Charentes

Nice environment with a very considerate, welcoming and responsive host. Most activities and visits are 25-30 minutes from the location (Montignac-Lascaux, La Roche Gageac, etc.), the cottages are 10-12 minutes from Sarlat. Some activities or visits can be planned at about 1h20/30 (Padirac Chasm, Rocamadour). The environment is peaceful with the possibility of enjoying the pool (even in September!). For nature and calm lovers, it's ideal! Thanks Thierry for hosting us and maybe one of these days!

We spent 3 nights at Patrice and Slavica's, in a very quiet and wooded environment, very nice large garden. The cottage matches the description, the bedding is comfortable, the shower with its gadgets entertained us. Very friendly and discreet hosts, flexible check-in and check-out times. A good stay of relaxation and rest!

Very nice welcome from Pascal and Odile. With a smile, Pascal took the time to inform us about the region and what might interest us. During the stay, Pascal and Odile remained available. A quiet place, surrounded by nature, with birdsong. We feel alone in the world! On the grounds of Pascal and Odile's house, but secluded. A peaceful and refreshing place. Recommended without hesitation!

We were hosted very well and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, perfectly suited for our group of 14 people (7 adults and 7 children) for one night. The immediate proximity to the zoo is a real asset, as is the small shared park that made the children happy. A place that we treasure for a future visit. Thanks again, Christophe.

We had a great time at Catherine and Bernard's. A peaceful and immediately rejuvenating setting. Catherine and Bernard are lovely people, with whom we enjoyed talking. Swimming pool, badminton, petanque court, small piece of forest, nearby futuroscope added to a place where you feel very good: a perfect combo for a part of our vacation. We'll be back!! We had a great time at Steve and Emilie's place. The place is sheltered from sight, quiet, ideal for children ( swing, trampoline, swimming pool, games and books available) with a cabin spirit that we love. The terrace is great. We had a great time and spent our time outside. Attention for the big ones at the ceiling height inside. Steve and Emilie are very friendly. Perfect stay!

This was the 2nd time we had booked our stay with Françoise and just like the first time everything was fine. The cottage was very well in order and sparkling clean, there was a small surprise ready for us on arrival and Françoise always responded very quickly to our messages. We are very satisfied with our stay!

In a beautiful place on the edge of Lake Causses, accommodation as described (the development work carried out greatly improves the accommodation compared to the other bungalows on the site), very well-equipped. I recommend it.

The accommodation is in a peaceful residence and very well located in relation to the lake. Pleasant and well equipped to spend a week with family. The host is very responsive and responds quickly.

The cottage is functional, well placed geographically, in a very quiet setting. Christine is very available to answer any questions we may have. We highly recommend it!

The cottage is cleverly appointed, so there is more to it than the comfort needed for a vacation rental. The terrace, huge, is well shaded thanks to the blind. The decor is personal and nice. The relationship with the owner was friendly from end to end, we even had the chance to meet when we left. A great place to stay for a few days or a few weeks at the jenny!

a beautiful stay in a trailer in a little corner of heaven, where frog and fisherman greeted us every morning as well as a squirrel or two and of course Biscotte. The welcome from Eliane and her husband was very nice and the little touches left in the accommodation were greatly appreciated. (we loved the strawberry jam... a slaughter!) Thank you again for all the little tips, it allowed us to have a pleasant stay. We'll be happy to go back!

As described. Immaculate, well looked after, nice decor and very sweet. Be aware that although there are 4 bedrooms they are small and a couple of them run into each other so you need to be good friends - not that much privacy! Uldrif is a good communicator and was really helpful. The presence of 2 bikes to rent saves a lot of money compared with the La Jenny rental bikes. We hope to return - thank you.

A real vacation! You arrive at Olivier's with just your laundry, little clothes and food and the holidays start. In the house everything is thought out and explained, Olivier is available. You put the car down and you borrow the bikes that Olivier has at your disposal and anything is possible: the beach, the pool, activities, shopping, restaurants... One regret, we had only booked a week!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Moana! Everything from the outside sand garden which the children absolutely loved to the tv area upstairs having all the usual smart tv apps to watch in an evening! We were lucky to get weather a few days and the walk to Moments Cafe was only 5 minutes through the gorgeous forest! Straight onto the beach where you can walk for miles! The chalet was child friendly ( apart from the stairs), clean, tidy, modern and everything we expected! The downstairs bedrooms share a shower room which was handy with the kids and the kitchen has everything and more that you would expect from a fully equipped home. Highly recommend a family stay here and we will certainly be back! We loved it! Thank you to Nelly for being so responsive when we messaged and for checking in to see how we were and if we needed anything! Love love loved it! X

Diana and I were super happy with the place. Floki (our dog) got along great with the friendly Lola (her dog). Really great! The place was super clean, the amenities are great and the best part is, the landlords are totally accommodating and sweet. Really! Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool due to the weather, but it is clean and a nice size. The bakery in the village is really highly recommended, especially the little chocolate cakes! 😍 It was a great stay! PS: The kitchen is well equipped and the dog can roam freely on the premises without being able to escape :)

I recommend it because the cottage is very warm and really very clean and very well-equipped. I will definitely be happy to go back.
