Vacation rentals with lake access in Poitou-Charentes

Cozy little home, in a true seaside spirit. The accommodation is functional, well equipped and very clean. Please note that it is possible to safely park your car in the inner courtyard. The environment and proximity to Lake Eguzon (and all its activities) contributes to the charm of the accommodation. to recommend if you're in the area!

Gilles and Patricia's place is charming and comfortable , peaceful and relaxing while being an ideal base to discover the Poitevin marsh. I totally recommend

Very nice well renovated, clean and well-equipped house. Very nice walks to do all around. The lake of Saint pardoux is within walking distance. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay. The owners are welcoming and accommodating. Despite the rain we had a nice weekend with the family.

We were there at the end of September, due to the weather unfortunately we could not use the beautiful terrace. For hiking and cycling, the area is great, as there are many cycling and hiking trails. If you want to see the surrounding area, you have to drive a lot. Example Cap Ferret 1 hour 10 min. Bordeaux 40 km, duration approx. 1 hour 15 min.

The house met our expectations , we were able to enjoy our stay in my heart area thanks to a quality welcome. Chez Regine everything is there and more. A small exterior overlooking the forest with the birds waking up. We ate outside every day with peace of mind. We'll be happy to go back.

A peaceful setting near Lake Hourtin to enjoy beautiful walks. The house is as described in the listing, nicely remodeled and very functional. We did not have great weather so the hot tub was a real plus, well sheltered in the garden. Eugénie is a very pleasant and responsive host!

A cozy apartment with magnificent lake views. An environment rich in places to discover by bike or on foot. Marc and Marie are welcoming, concerned about the comfort of their tenants.

Very nice hospitality from our hosts. The huge waterfront garden is nicely laid out with several terraces (in addition to your private terrace). The apartment is very well located for various sightseeing, with many mouth-watering restaurants nearby.

Impeccable accommodation and Isabelle's special touches were much appreciated. The accommodation has everything you need for a very nice stay. The terrace and harbor views are a real plus! The residence offers various activities in addition to access to the pool. I recommend it 100%!

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

We loved our stay at Barbara's, bcp too short and we would like to be able to come back. the apartment is very cozy, nice decor, great layout for a family including a baby. Lots of great attention with the entertainment program in particular Go there without so much as a second thought!!

Complimentary stay for my parents. Very good communication, clear and accurate instructions for check-in and checkout. Information about the good restaurants of Les Sables, perfect, I recommend it.

We spent three wonderful days in Jacques and Line's apartment, with a splendid view of the sea. The accommodation is comfortable, very well equipped and perfectly located for relaxing. Wonderful stay at this gite! A peaceful, quiet place bathed in nature that perfectly matched our expectations. The welcome was very warm, the accommodation was clean, very well-equipped and charming, we loved it! We highly recommend this place if you have a stay to do in Vendee (great location) 🥰

A PERFECT stay! Before we arrived, Alexis took the time to communicate with us, validate the different points of attention and give us all the information for a serene arrival. When we arrive & during our stay, only good surprises, everything is as described and our expectations: the neighborhood is quiet, easy to access and parking, the garden is cozy and maintained, the house is clean/ tidy/ no smells/ decorated with great taste and personality, the beach and the city center a few steps away, Alexis takes care even from afar! BIG PLUS when traveling with a baby (it may make you laugh, but we've had complicated experiences in the two previous rentals!): the crib is offered by Alexis, with a real mattress. No squeaky doors and hardwood floors and even less ventilation making a loud noise, the house is really very quiet. There is a real children's room closed by a door and with a shutter.

We enjoyed a lovely week, David was a great host and very helpful with any questions we had. Would definetly stay here again, as it isn't too far from La Rochelle, the coast or the Loire valley for anyone keen on wine.

Mr, Alain is really very nice, his little mobile home is really impeccable full of things. You are me who had brought my oil my vinegar, mustard etc. There was everything on site really pot pan impeccable oven you have what in dishes really the only small downside really is the doors squeaky very nice location, peaceful, off school holidays, small lake where you can take a small garden behind the mobile where you can make a small barbecue aperitif very very well maintained and I highly recommend very good stay

Accommodation in accordance with our expectations, Everything for children, indoor and outdoor games, calm, beautiful walks to do, chickens, rabbit,....close to Puy du Fou. Our host even had nice touches for all of us this Easter weekend. Recommended+++
