Lake Gard Chalet in Seeshaupt

Nestled between lakes in a fantastic location with breathtaking mountain views. Very peacefully situated, with the Osterseen lakes beginning right at your doorstep. The Starnberger See is just 500 meters away, as well as restaurants and shopping opportunities. Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by direct train or via the highway, just like the mountains. Stylishly and modernly furnished, the chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. A large garden with a terrace is also available for use.

A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Spacious Loft with Rooftop Terrace in City Center

Quiet, light-flooded 140 m² loft including a private roof terrace in the center of Munich. The Oktoberfest is a 3-minute walk away, as well as all public transport, shops, restaurants, cafés and a city park. The spacious living area with a room height of up to 4 meters and two separate bedrooms offer the ideal accommodation for families and groups. The huge window to the west and the roof terrace open up a view over the beautiful old building district.

Vacation home Ronja

The holiday apartment Ronja is located in Oberhausen. The 47 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to three people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a TV. The apartment also features a private, open terrace where you can relax. Various restaurants are nearby, including an inn with a beer garden, a café with a terrace, and a pizzeria with a beer garden.

Aich Loft 22

On the outskirts of Peißenberg, you will stay in the spacious attic of a lovingly renovated former farmhouse. The large window front with balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding meadows and the pilgrimage church Maria Aich. Peißenberg is an ideal base for exploring the sights in the Pfaffenwinkel and Fünf-Seenland. City tours to the state capital Munich are also easy to undertake due to the good train connection also easy to do.

Ideal as a starting point for trips - also to Stoa169: In the Upper Bavarian Highlands, south of Munich, lies our newly built and modernly furnished granny flat in the historic monastery village of Polling. The separate area with its own entrance offers 18 m2 of space for two people with everything you need, as well as a small terrace with garden. A covered parking space and a garage for parking and loading bicycles or skis is included.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Small apartment (35 square meters), with private entrance. Living room/bedroom with double bed for 2 people (180 x 200 cm). Separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils. Private bathroom with floor-level shower, sink and toilet. Small terrace with garden view No shared spaces, absolute privacy. We live next door and are happy to help you.
