We spent a night in this studio where there is all the essentials, including the kitchen; it is located in the heart of Spoleto, in Piazza del Mercato. Felicita was very helpful, good value for money, this place is to be recommended.

We felt very comfortable and were able to spend relaxing days in the beautiful, quiet environment. The region is very versatile and you can make great excursions! The location was also ideal for our dog to run. We are more than happy to recommend the place!

Beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of the old town and a great starting point for activities in and around Spoleto. Good facilities, harmoniously furnished. Only the soundproofing should be a little better. Many restaurants, including a good, family-run in the same house. Manuela provides you with detailed information. In particular, you should use the tip for free parking. If there's anything else I might want, it's a light switch for the stairwell at the apartment. Conclusion: highly recommended

Lovely and comfortable apartment located in a great location, near Piazza del Mercato. Inside we found everything you need for the stay: coffee, water, snacks, cooking utensils. Laura welcomed us in person upon our arrival (which is not for everyone) and showed us step by step through a video where to park and how to reach the apartment in a simple and fast way.
