Second stay at Pauline's, we particularly appreciate the terrace and the outdoor kitchen, not overlooked, we enjoy each meal from cooking to the plancha. The air conditioning in the house is efficient, the rooms spacious. In short, we're good to go!

We had wonderful days on the beautiful old stone house terrace overlooking the nice, private pool belonging to the house. Nice walks with the dog near the house up the hills and plenty of well marked longer and shorter hiking trails around Cerét. Cerét is a nice and quiet little town and is located in a great area for excursions both inland along the river towards the mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea. Our family had 11 amazing days at Bernadette's place and as an extra plus, there were flocks of bee eaters and a snake over the pool when we were sunbathing!

The listing is even better than the photos. Agree with other reviews that this is one of the most beautiful, charming and special houses we've been to. We wanted to be away from the cities and were looking for a convenient place in the country to explore the area around and north of Girona. This was very well located to do that and we ended up extending an extra night because we liked it so much. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is very well outfitted, and it's just a great place to stay. It's far enough outside of town to be very quiet, but close enough should you need something. The house is gorgeous, the neighbors are helpful but not intrusive and we really appreciate the welcoming gifts. Sergio was always a quick email away and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! Highest recommendation!

We had a great time! The place was superb, very clean, well decorated, with a magnificent view. There was absolutely all the amenities to feel at home. Diane is an exceptional host, very kind and welcoming. She gave us lots of great tips and ideas for things to do in the area. Thank you again for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure!

Very nice host who goes out of his way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. A cot and high chair were immediately arranged for our daughter. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful and complete apartment. The location is Fantastic, in a quiet neighborhood and a 10-minute walk of all the good that platja d'aro hour has to offer. The apartment is very child-friendly. The dog is very sweet!

A really beautiful property, in the middle of nature, with a great view of the mountains. The property is as pictured and the communication was really very good. Towels, utensils such as toilet paper & soap, were provided, a washing machine to clean the clothes and much more, make the vacation a lot easier. The grounds are very large and beautiful, we even saw a fox who apparently lives there, so you are in the middle of nature. The pool is also super nice, but unfortunately not usable in autumn, as it is not heated. But that shouldn't stop anyone. We had a great stay. Special mention for the very pleasant and quiet terrace. Parking is not a problem because cars are just parked there but there is no passage, since once there you can do anything on foot. Location close to the beach and hiking trails, ideal!!

Despite the rather unstable weather, we enjoyed the stay thanks to the extremely bright living room, top bedding for greasy mornings, tb equipped kitchen; there are many walks in the area, so ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility. In short, we recommend this comfortable and peaceful cottage!
