House with two floors, yard and terrace 2 minutes walk from Melicias Beach and 4km from the center of Ponta Delgada, Azores. Very comfortable and ideal for those who play sports connected to the sea (surfing, bodybord, kitesurfing). Guests have access to all of the space in the house: two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, terrace and backyard. For professional reasons, the reception will be made by a hired person. However, I will be at your disposal at the end of the day to resolve any needs that arise. There is a bike path walking tour that connects to the city center where you can go hiking or jogging. The beach, after the bathing season, is used for sports connected to the sea. On the perpendicular road there are public transports that connect to the city center and to some sights of the island.

Cosy house with a magnificent ocean view and the most famous landmark in Azores - Ilhéu de Vila. Strategically located in Vila Franca do Campo, in the central part of the São Miguel island, which makes it an excellent starting point for trips to every corner of the island; it is well connected by expressway with the capital of the island and with the airport (about 20 minutes by car). A lot of restaurants within a walking distance! The unique microclimate makes the town extremely sunny.

Also, unlike much of the city center, our street is still home to many locals providing a more authentic experience. Finally, our house is solar powered and we have a compost! Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends.
