Cozy house in the countryside

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

A five-minute walk from the village center and 15 minutes from the beach. Very bright and quiet rooms with double window. I rent a fully independent house, with a way down to the beach and parking at the property itself. The property's location is a very quiet area surrounded by two beaches, a large one that is Miño and a smaller one that is Lago. Less than 2km away is also Perbes beach. 3 km from the house is the village of Miño, which has all amenities. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants serving typical food from the area. The golf course is 1 km away.
