Halfway down the stairs, there's my home. It'sa 10-minute walk to groceries. 20 min from the port

La Perla blue

Lovely apartment located in the north of the island overlooking the bay of Cala Feola. Free parking under the house. Wide layout of the apartment with an equipped living room-kitchen entrance, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Large outdoor space with two terraces one located at the entrance and the other in the wing above the house are both equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue area and kitchen and solarium area. Its strategic location does not require transportation.

Independent house consisting of two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with double sofa bed, located in the historic center area, Bourbon port of Ponza, panoramic sea view 250 meters from the hydrofoil landing and 50 meters from the square. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Great for family, couples of friends 6-8 beds. It is possible to split as a maximum of 3 beds and a two-room apartment for up to 5 people.
