Jon didn’t skimp on cheap towels or bed linens! Comfortable bed - well laid out, not sparse. Quality couches also. Lots of counter space. We loved the gas grill- so easy to use. Everything in the kitchen, extra toiletries, no shortcuts. Jon’s attention to detail was well noted throughout the home. One of the best accommodations. We loved Pine Island- so many tiki bars & restaurants all featuring live music any way almost daily. We don’t fish or boat but loved the atmosphere!

Perfect place for our spring break destination. From booking to check out and everything in between we could not have asked for a better place to spend spring break. Even with less than ideal fishing weather, this great space made the week restful and relaxing. Boat lift was ideal, dock was HUGE, neighbors were friendly, and hot tub was a huge bonus after a day on the boat. House was amazingly spacious which allowed for an open feel. The decor had this cool vibe of old Florida with modern. Clean, well equipped and can’t wait to go back! Thanks Dana!

Perfect for a getaway on the water very convenient for fishing

Wow what an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and even more stunning than the photos. Every little detail was thought of, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen. It felt like a true home away from home. The location was ideal peaceful, safe, and close to everything we needed. Whether we were relaxing inside or exploring the area, it was the perfect base. The host was also phenomenal responsive, kind, and made us feel incredibly welcome from start to finish. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you’re thinking about booking do it. You won’t regret it! P.S. the location is unbelievable and the views are stunning 😍
