Our studio of 24 m2, is in the very center of Rochefort, 10 minutes walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen with small dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Wi-Fi. Completely renovated in 2020

Pleasant new studio with all amenities in the town of Port des Barques. You will have a very nice sea view in a quiet and natural place ideal for relaxing, close to a small beach and the seafront perfect for walks. You will be a 10-minute walk from the city center and all its amenities, Ile Madame, the marshes, the islands of Aix and Oleron and the mythical Fort Boyard. June, September and October rental with minimum of two nights, July and August rental by the week.

You can enjoy the nearby activities, the beach a 5-minute walk away, Île Madame, Île d'Aix, the view of Fort Boyard, the nature reserve, the site is ideal for beautiful bike rides. 40 minutes from Île d'Oléron, Royan, La Rochelle and Île de Ré.
