With accommodations for up to six guests, this home is ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The covered patio extends your living space outdoors with comfortable seating and canal views. Fire up the gas grill for relaxed dinners and dine alfresco at the waterfront table. Tie up your boat at the private dock after a day on the water. Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use. Street parking is not permitted. This single-story home is accessed via six steps. A one-time resort fee of $110 per group is required at check-in and provides parking passes along with access to all community amenities.
