Accommodation as described, clean and very well-equipped. In addition to the amenities, consumables are also provided (coffee capsules, dishwasher, oil, salt etc ...) which is nice for short stays. Very nice house, spacious, warm, very well arranged and equipped. Comfortable beds. The geographical location is ideal for shining around Narbonne. The view of the pond of Bages and the flamingos is beautiful. The host is very friendly and considerate. I highly recommend this house we had a great week.

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the open plan kitchen diner, cinema room, lovely big bedrooms. Lots of outdoor space although due to the time of year did not make as much use of the fantastic kitchen and lounge as we would have like to. We did briefly brave the pool! The location is great. Béziers is 25 mins, St Chinian is 5 mins and has a Sunday morning market. There are many tracks immediately from the house and village to walk or cycle. Lots of local restaurants although check opening days out of season. The wine cave on the street was well worth a visit. One highlight was Vinebike wine tours for an electric bike ride around the local vine yards. Pierre was always very helpful and responsive. Definitely a place to return to.

Little pearl in Leucate. Beautiful home, splendid garden. Privacy, quiet, safe for the kids. Shops are within walking distance, the beach is a jump away. Lots of activities possible in the area. We were charmed by the place and the area. This place contributed to the smooth running of our holiday.

We had a great time at this very very well equipped two-story house! Clean, quiet, and feel right at home. We were welcomed by Sabrina who is an extraordinary, smiling and very responsive person. We had received clear instructions on our arrival, the apartment is fully in line with what was in the listing,. The sea view is exceptional. We were able to enjoy the beach without huge crowds, as well as the city of Saint Cyprien which was directly within walking distance to us. Private parking was a great help and allowed us to visit other places nearby. Thank you so much.

Excellent stay in Saint Cyprien. Very pleasant and well located apartment in the heart of the lagoon. Very quiet residence despite the summer period.
