The apartment is only a 6-minute walk from the main train station and offers plenty of space with 165 square meters of living space and a 40 square meter balcony. The apartment has a full bathroom and a guest toilet. There is another room in the apartment that I also rent through Airbnb. The household, kitchen and fitness equipment can of course also be used. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Apartment freshly renovated and completely newly equipped. Beautiful half-timbered walls complete the interior design. Through the window you have a view of the green garden with old trees and the middle of Altona. The shower tray has a low ceiling and due to the age of the building, you can sometimes hear the heating pipes "knocking".
