Located in between the Alster lake and central station, this 3 room apartment is the perfect base for a trip to Hamburg. Schauspielhaus (theatre) and Lange Reihe (shops and restaurants) are only a few meters away. Built in 1900, the 70 sqm flat features a beautiful old wooden floor and high ceilings, a bath tub, central heating and even a tiny balcony with sunshine in the morning. The place is ideal for solo or business traveler. For couples only if comfortable with the 140x200 bed size.

Eine tolle ehemalige Ladenfläche beim Schanzenviertel. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.

Das helle, sonnige Dachgeschoß-Appartement mit zwei Zimmern hat eine schöne Stimmung. Durch den separatem Eingang vom Treppenhaus kommt man ins Vorzimmer, von dem aus sich Zimmer 1 und Zimmer 2 und das Badezimmer öffnen. Zimmer 1 hat zwei Fenstern (nach Süden und nach Westen) und einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Zimmer 2 hat zwei schöne Betten aus Holz. Die Dielen, die nur teilweise mit Teppich bedeckt sind, sorgen für ein warmes und ruhiges Raumgefühl.

In unserer großzügigen Altbau Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen können sich bis zu 6 Personen wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr familienfreundlich und individuell eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mitten auf St. Pauli. In der direkten Umgebung findet ihr diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Cafes, Parks, Spielplätze, Sehenswürdigkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und das herrliche bunte Leben St. Paulis.

You will be living where Hamburg is most attractive even for the Hamburgers! Located in the middle of the Karolinenviertel, you will love my accommodations because of the authentic, special flair. In a few minutes, you can reach the city center, the recreational mile ¨Reeperbahn¨ as well as the Hamburg harbor. The Messe area is two minutes nearby. My accommodations are suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Here you are right in the middle of life between Schanze and Pauli. The loft is quietly located in a backyard, so you can sleep without Oropax. Business or sightseeing - it's not either or, but both. The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look.
