Charming suite between Périgord and Bordeaux

We invite you in our lovely suite in the south of France. Used before by our children we now would like to share it with new guests. You will have your own access to the house and can independently enjoy the garden, terrasse and our little pond during your stay. A shared Kitchen/fridge and private bathroom and will be available. 2 min (car) and 20 min (afoot) away from the city center/train station, the location is perfect for day trips in the Perigord or in Bordeaux's vineyard.

Gîte at Château La Ressaudie

Within a wine estate, nice cottage located on the 1st floor with separate entrance, adults without children or babies. Access to the swimming pool and beautiful walks. Located on the heights of Ste Foy la Grande close to shops and its famous market, many tourist visits, Saint Emilion, Château de Duras, Montbazillac. Lovely gîte for two adults only, in a century-old house near Ste Foy la Grande in the heart of a vineyard with a swimming pool. Private entrance to the apartment.

Come and have a nice time in this tastefully decorated studio, perfect for a couple's stopover in a small village full of charm. Also very interested in commercial in transit, close to the A89 motorway (6 mins) towards Bordeaux / Périgueux ( 45 mins). Bergerac Airport (25 min), Ste Foy la Grande train station (10 min) In the village, a bakery, a restaurant (Le Pressoir), a small grocery store - bar, as well as a local renowned vineyard (Domaine du Gouyat ).

Love nature , calm, and old stones? Welcome to our home in Les Régniers! We put our heart into welcoming you as friends, in the land of wine and castles. The "petit gîte 33" is an old cellar transformed into a small cozy, atypical and authentic house, like a small cocoon in the heart of a village hamlet surrounded by vineyards and forests. Disconnection and/or discovery of the region, here we disconnect and above all, we take our time!

Gite La Merlandie

The Gîte de la Merlandie is located in the heart of a vast bucolic estate full of charm and greenery, adjoining the house of your hosts, the accommodation is located behind an old traditional wood-fired bakery (still in operation to treat you to various breads baked and shaped on site). Completely renovated in 2024, we will be happy to welcome you for a stay with family, friends or for work. See you soon in Périgord!
