Un très bon séjour passé le logement un joli logement avec de belles prestations très propre et bien entretenue de renseignements très pratique et précis pour l’accès au logement avec un livret d’accueil très détaillé sur les commerces de proximité et les activités proposées dans la région avec des petites attentions d’accueil qui font toujours plaisir tout simplement parfait. We had a lovely stay at Josse gite. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. The cottage was clear, tidy and adequately equipped. Great to have a pool too. A beautiful part of the world. Very highly recommended.

Nous avons pu profiter de ce merveilleux logement avec ma famille pour notre virée en Charentes pour le mariage de ma sœur. Le logement était idéalement situé et nous a apporté entière satisfaction. Très propre et très bien équipé, il propose en sus une piscine, une table de ping pong, des jeux de société, une lunette d'astronomie, des fléchettes si bien que nous n'avons pas réussi à tout tester. Nos hôtes ont été très réactifs et nous ont offert un très bon gâteau à notre arrivée. Le jardin est magnifique avec des fleurs endémiques de Ténérife que j'ai repéré (mais il y en a surement d'autres...). Je recommande sans hésiter.

La grande maison familiale de Géraldine correspondait parfaitement à notre réunion de famille, grande pièce à vivre où les tables et chaises pliantes pouvaient être ajoutées, présence d'un babyfoot, très apprécié par tous. Grandes chambres où les jeunes parents ont pu installer le lit pliant du BB et un petit matelas. Salles de bain parfaites. Tout était très propre, le matériel comme le linge fourni. Nous avons passé un excellent WE et avons pu profiter des conseils de Géraldine pour les visites (chez le paysan boulanger et la maison des producteurs) et les promenades le long de la rivière ou sur les sentiers de randonnée. Pas le temps de tout faire, nous espérons bien pouvoir y organiser une nouvelle rencontre! Merci pour le panier de bienvenue, apprécié lui aussi! Une bonne adresse à retenir et à recommander! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the weather - unfortunately that’s out of our control (beyond reversing climate change!). A beautiful location, fabulous pool with shallow area for toddlers and great interior. We had both parts of the property. It would have been better if they were interconnected and there were more lounge space/seating but that would have been less noticeable had the weather been better. Hosts were excellent from start to finish and quick to help when we had a small problem with a door that got stuck closed.

Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

Absolutely fantastic location, superb property, great host. Would recommend this as THE place to stay in Perigaux ..everything within easy reach and the Saturday market right outside the front door was truly a wonderful experience. Magnificent in every way.

On nous a annoncé un coin de paradis et c'est exactement où nous avons atterri. Accueillis par 2 anges avec leur "L", Lydie et Laurent ont été juste adorable, disponible, accueillant, chaleureux, simple, et très serviable. Leur compère Maurice est un joli toutou affectueux et très gentil. On a craqué pour lui comme beaucoup de voyageurs 😂 Nous avons pu profiter d'un moment privilégié en leur compagnie avec en toile de fond "Le Mascaret", un superbe couché de soleil et un apéritif de vins de la région. Un moment délicieux. 🍷🍷🍷

Nous avons passé une agréable soirée bien que nous sommes arrivés très tardivement. Olivier a été super car nous avons pu le joindre très tardivement en raison d'un petit souci technique. L'appartement est très bien agencé, tout était parfait. Merci beaucoup.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est propre, conforme à l’annonce et très bien situé. L’hôte est très accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Le petit plus qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable : le jacuzzi, parfait pour se détendre. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

if you're looking for rural, rustic with amazing views and enjoy the odd visit from a deer then this is the place for you. Emma was exceptionally accommodating and even invited us in her home for an Easter meal. Emma has great recommendations for.local and non local places. there are a lot of English who meet locally who Emma introduced us to and along with Emma we had lots of great times. the Gite is comfty and cosy and a brilliant typical French home surrounded by vines and woodlands and a short 2 mile walk to the local village. this is one of those places you'll revisit time and time again

Dominique est très accueillant et sympathique. L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel !!! On bénéficie d'un balcon avec une belle vue sur Bordeaux. Il est à quelques pas de la Cité du vin. Il y a une boulangerie et un supermarché Lydll juste devant. Pour aller au centre-ville, on prend la ligne B du tramway qui est tout près de la Cité du vin et il nous y amène en 15 minutes. Bordeaux est une belle ville et l'atmosphère y est très agréable.

Excellent location if you are arriving or leaving by train or the airport bus. Super clear instructions including photos on how to find the lock box/get into the apartment which was appreciated. It looks like the apartment is an art studio by day and Air BnB by night - lots of art equipment there but tidied away nicely. I highly rated the shower - powerful flow and plenty of hot water and the bathroom is nicely presented. As per the listing, this is a sofa bed so manage your expectations around that - it wasn't terrible but I have experienced more comfortable beds. To be fair, sharing with someone heavy probably didn't help that situation. The overall experience, however, was still good so I would still recommend this place for someone who was in Bordeaux for a short stay. There is some kitchen equipment but probably just for basic meals, nothing elaborate. Cathy was very easy to deal with and helpful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Logement conforme au descriptif, et très accueillant. Endroit paisible pour se ressourcer, site magnifique et animations à volonté aux alentours en cette fin de période estivale. Hôte réactif et conseils avisés qui nous ont permis de faire plus que ce que nous avions prévu.

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

Logement idéal pour découvrir le Périgord blanc, à proximité d'une jolie forêt pour s'adonner au trail et de la voie verte pour la mobilité douce ou la course à pied. (Attention aux périodes de cru... 😅) La culture n'est pas en reste puisque Périgueux n'est qu'à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture. Le logement est très calme et très bien équipé. On sent que nôtre hôte met un point d'honneur à bien recevoir ses voyageurs. Je ne peux que vous le recommander. Merci encore !
