Great location. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Everything that we needed was provided, house was well equip. Would recommend.

Clare was very friendly, helpful & always quickly responded to my messages. Great location : we ( inc dogs ) loved the morning & evening beach walk. When visiting Nelson Bay we will stay again at Clair’s ☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at Chris’ place with our children & grandchildren. Whispering Sands is idyllically located with superb views from every vantage point to the sun, sand & water. The house itself allowed for all of us & it really did offer so many extras with a pool table, paddle boards & beach towels included. We were able to walk to various coffee shops & enjoy the suburb of Corlette. Andrea met us at the house & was extremely welcoming & gave us a guided tour around the house ensuring that we felt at home. Thank you Chris for providing a spectacular house on AirB&B. One of the most beautiful place we've ever been to. Facing absolute nature, front beach house, it's genuinely breathtaking. One of my favourite moments was going on a walk around the property in the morning with Sunrise and Sunset. The service was impeccable—truly, I’ve never felt so pampered. This place provides the perfect blend of luxury, nature, privacy and just the right amount of gorgeous natural light and nice cleaning areas . Love your kitchen and my niece loved your bathtub. Just need to bring foaming bath with you. Pretty little gardens. Recommended this place hopefully we will go back next time.

Beautiful house & well decorated, located 3-5minutes from the local shops/restaurant’s which is convenient & only a few minutes walk from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful time , it was very peaceful and relaxing. The position of the place was incredible, the ocean at our doorstep and our own private rock jetty with lots of fish to catch and we even were greeted at the jetty by a turtle. This gate at the top was a little tight, especially for a 4x4 we just squeezed through, perhaps making the gate a little wider would be easier for some. This is a place I will most definitely return too. Thank you Prue who was a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Whale Tail at Nelson Bay. Our party consisted of myself and my husband, our two kids (5&7) and my father and we each had our own space in this beautiful house. It was a home away from home with everything thought of. There were blankets and lots of soft furnishings to make it super comfortable, there were all the kitchen appliances you could possibly need, cleaning products, an abundance of towels and even alternative pillows, toiletries, a selection of games to keen everyone happy, even a hair straightener! The list goes on… I’ve never stayed in such a well equipped AirBnB and we were all impressed. The local recommendations were great and the location was good too - it was roughly a 15 minute walk with kids to the marina along the water but an easy 1 minute drive as an alternative. Thank you Insa and Isabel, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Whale Tail to anyone!

Sonja’s place was absolutely perfect. Above and beyond the photos. It was definitely 5 star luxury all the way. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a group getaway. Located five minutes from Nelson bay and a short walk to pristine bays and a dog beach across the road.

Lovely place for a quick weekend getaway with the kids! Everything was exactly as described, all amenities available and very clean. Unfortunately we had wet weather which are it difficult for a day, however the outside area with the plunge pool was resort like and an amazing area for playing, bbq and relaxing. Very clean, and everything was thought of. Also so grateful for the little delivery from the bay butler on our first morning. Definitely recommend to all who are considering.

We absolutely loved our stay at Janes place it’s very clean and well presented with an awesome pool and spa just down the steps. Situated on top of Boat Harbour hill the views are amazing and the coastal walks are right through the back door it’s simply stunning. Jane went above and beyond offering us early check-ins and check outs which just made the stay that much longer and we got the enjoy her place that much more. Thank you Jane for a lovely stay it made our trip home even more special.

We had an amazing stay! Perfect set up for groups of friends or two families like we were. We loved the extra touches like balled ice cubes and lots of extra bath and beach towels! Our kids loved the spa/pool and it was nice and warm which was a perfect activity for them even in the rain! This place is walking distance to the shops, marina and cafes/restaurants! Richard was an amazing host and communicated very fast with any questions we had about the spa! The set up is great and so relaxing! Nice to have three different areas to sit too and chill out with enough space to not be on top of your other guests! We had a great time and will be back!! Thank you!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Nelson Bay! The location is absolutely perfect – just a 15-minute walk to the marina and a short drive to all the main attractions in the area. The house itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally well-equipped, offering great value for our group of 14. The heated pool was a standout feature – perfectly maintained with just the right amount of chlorine, making it a delightful spot to relax and unwind. Brian and Sue were phenomenal hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even welcomed us with two bottles of wine – such a thoughtful touch! The amenities were modern and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience for everyone. This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for large groups or families looking for a fantastic getaway in Nelson Bay!

This had to be my favourite air bnb stay yet. The attention to detail to ensure their guests had a nice stay, was incredible. The house itself was gorgeous. Hosts friendly and accommodating, great location, extremely clean. We did not feel the need to contact the hosts for any questions as they had it all there for us. Highly recommend.

Lovely house. Good condition. Spacious living area enhanced by a very comfortable outdoor decking area. Bedrooms well separated from one another. Kitchen particularly well equiped with a stand out coffee machine (better than local cafes). Five minutes walk from main beach / cafes. Deb and Rory responsive to all enquiries. Really nothing to complain about and exactly as shown in photographs.

Our Anna Bay getaway was lovely and the home was the best entertaining house for us. Clean, nicely decorated and had that homily feel. Check in and the walk through with Barry was so easy. Plenty of room, areas outside were resort like and the pool area very relaxing. Hassle free weekend for our family catch up. Thanks again. Highly recommend 10/10

our first stay at Hawks Nest and we would definitely recommend this stay. The location is perfect to walk to either surf beach or Jimmy's Beach on the Bay. IGA a few minutes walk so easy. Our favourite aspect was the Privacy of the place and having the front verandah which was like an extended living area....the bird song is so lovely. Our doggo was well and truly safe and secure in the rear courtyard with lawn. Or we tied him up out front lawn area whilst we relaxed on the verandah. The inside space is clean, tidy and presentable.

Another wonderful stay at Pindimar. Kayaking, swimming, relaxing and hiking in a beautiful, peaceful place. Thanks for having us again.

We had a wonderful stay at the magnolia house! The place was spotless, so clean and it felt like a home away from home. The highlight was definitely the outdoor entertaining area with the pool and outdoor pizza oven. The host was exceptional, Kathryn was attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Highly recommend! We will be back! 😊

Casey’s place was incredibly comfortable and absolutely spotless! I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and this place was perfect. The kitchen was really well equipped, everything felt thoughtfully considered and made our stay easy. A lovely surprise was discovering a small travel cot in the wardrobe, it was just what we needed for our baby boy! The only small downside was a bit of confusion about the outdoor layout. I initially thought the fenced section was the backyard, but it’s actually the carport. The backyard is actually the front yard, which is unfenced and a bit more exposed. That said, it’s a quiet street, and we still really enjoyed sitting out there with a glass of wine or two! Overall, a really lovely and much-needed stay.

Tanya was a fantastic host! Her house was absolutely perfect and very spacious. Would definitely recommend staying her if you’re heading up the bay!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked. There were thoughtful touches like a cot and high chair for the baby and beach towels provided for our use. Daniel gave clear instructions and responded promptly to all my questions. The garden was private and peaceful. A fantastic place to spend a weekend or longer if you’re lucky! Thank you.
