A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The Pool & Jacuzzi were absolute highlights – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The location and the view are fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The contact with the landlord was also great: very quick and helpful answers to all questions. We had a wonderful stay at Giulia’s place! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and is ideally located—just a short walk from the city center and the lake, yet incredibly peaceful thanks to its lovely private garden. We were traveling with a small child and truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like a baby cot, high chair, and even a little playhouse in the garden, which our kid loved. Flavio kindly met us at the train station and gave us a ride to the apartment, which was such a warm welcome. He was always available, incredibly friendly, and quick to help with any questions or requests. We feel very lucky to have chosen this place and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and big. It offered everything you need for a short stay and it's perfect for visiting Riva. Sebastian was really nice and welcoming and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend staying there when visiting lake Garda/ Riva.

Flavia met us personally and showed us around, recommended a restaurant close by and the beach on the lake a short walk from the property. she also said we could contact her directly if we needed anything and let us know which waste items to put out on the appropriate days for collection which was very helpful. Flavia was very friendly, communicative and helpful

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.
