The property is very cosy and centrally located. It is only a few minutes to the beach and in the middle of the village center. Plenty of restaurants and coffees, in the immediate vicinity. The contact on site is very straightforward and helpful, always happy to come back.

Carlos was very friendly spoke excellent English even though I can speak a bit of Portuguese. Kept in contact to check everything was ok . Smooth check in and check out . Would stay again.

What a great success to choose this house and Alvor, to get to know the Algarve! The house is very spacious to have two rooms. It is ideal for two couples as it has two very comfortable double beds. In our case, we went with a girl and baby (it has a crib park). The development is super quiet, and there is the pool right in front, and even to be the month of July, we have bathed the family as if it were a private pool for us. The west facing porch makes for spectacular sunset breakfasts and sunset dinners. Still, the house is not hot, and it has hardly been necessary to use the air conditioning. It also makes us think that the house is perfectly equipped to be in winter, with a fireplace and very bright. As for the village of Alvor, with a lot of charm and not as used for mass tourism such as Lagos or Carvoeiro. It has a beautiful setting, combining a estuary with its beaches (that of the Three Brothers, one of our favorites, one of our favorites). The village of Alvor is perfectly connected, just a few kilometers away to see the entire Algarve. We definitely had a great vacation

This is our second time back to Dulce's. We enjoy how central it is while remaining quiet and Peaceful. She's always a friendly and responsive host.

The Bird’s Nest was perfect for our family if 8. The rooms were spacious, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for a summer night. The hot tub on the roof top was a wonderful bonus. The home was clean and comfortable, and contained everything we needed to feel right at home. We will surely rent again the next time we are in Alvior!

We loved our stay! It was such a peaceful location and walking distance to everything we wanted on our holiday. Amazing beaches and stunning scenery. The broad walk is a beautiful route to Alvor. The house met our needs perfectly, and Virginia and Ester went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our time at this house.

Virginia, was exceptional-friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The whole experience was seamless and relaxing, making it an ideal family holiday destination. Perfect as close to family living nearby!

Loved the apartment! It’s beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing! Very close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend. The only two things to be aware of. One, the steps are steep, there are two sets of stairs one from the entryway to the main floor and one from the main floor to the bedroom. Two, there’s a bar at the end of the street that can get pretty loud on Friday and Saturday. Overall we enjoyed our time there!

The apartment was beautiful. It was cozy and nicely decorated. I was especially grateful for the floor heating systems, it was very comfortable. The cons are not related to the apartment but to the noises from outside. During the day the noise of the construction work and in the evening, the noises of the Bom Dia bar. Fortunatly the bar closes at 8.30 pm. We live in a really quiet place and maybe that's why I'm not used to noises. However, we enjoyed our time and especially fell in love Carvoeiro. It had good vibes 😊☀️

Large location, highly suitable for a large number of guests; nicely located at a small beach; however, it seems like some of the walls / rooms have a humidity problem, which needs to be addressed.

This is one of the best AirBnBs I have booked in my 10 years on the platform. The place is spacious, has incredible beach views, is in a cute town. The rooms are well designed for families and longer-term stays (though it was of course great for our 3-day visit too). The place was spotless and cleaned every day like a hotel. They thought of many details like extra cold drinks in the fridge. The staff was responsive to minor points. No place is perfect, but quick, thorough handling is what matters most! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic holiday at Per's house. Amazing hikes along the coast. Private pool is a plus when the sea is cold. Close to beach and restaurants. Per was quick to fix more wine glasses as there were only two left when we arrived.

Very comfortable house! With everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy a great vacation. The complex where the house is located is very quiet and having the pools and bar in front is wonderful! Mar is a beautiful soul. So helpful and friendly.Gave us lift back from supermkt which was so nice . Being so helpful even though she was getting married on the Tuesday Where else can you wash n dry your washing where soap powder is included. So handy Super place to stay. We loved it and wish we had booked an extra week. Yes the trains went past but that’s why we booked the train villa , because we wanted a different experience and away from touristy places. We got used to them and rode on them such a lot. Being a pensioner we got discount which made it cheaper too. We went to the castle at Silves using the train. We did lots of hiking and a boat trip into Bengil cave n more. We used the bikes to cycle the trail to see lots of birds including storks n flamingos. Everybody is so friendly. The lady at local supermarket was very helpful too. Great place to shop. We highly recommend. Thank you so much for an awesome stay Mar

Excellent location for a quiet time on the beach or enjoying the wonderful city of Lagos. Walkable to many locations and Lagos is easy to navigate (except the old town). Many great restaurants and several nice beaches within a few minutes drive. Great place to hang out or enjoy the Portuguese culture. Oh, and pet friendly. Our two Poms enjoyed the place immensely. One month in heaven.

Cátia was always reachable and the Apartment was sufficient. Alvor is not my favourite place in Portugal, but who is looking for a quiet place nearby the touristic spots/beaches will be quiet happy.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The outside patio was especially nice. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions.

We stayed in a very nice cottage, which was super equipped. A rental car is helpful for the area. The place was impeccable and very individual. Good starting point for many excursions. Grocery in the village or nearby Lidl. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect for a stay in the Algarve, very well located, super-equipped apartment and beautiful sea view to admire the sunrise.
