Dark Studio is located in the suburbs of the city of Ponta Delgada, close to the beaches of Pópulo and Milícias, referring in a sui-generis way to the proximity between the countryside and the beach. Dark Studio has a distinctive architecture and design, both for its “Dark Houses” architecture and for its “Modern/Industrial” design, being an apartment with a distinctive concept because it is totally independent, with the particularity of having some small outdoor leisure spaces.

The Chalet is inserted in nature, with green area, trees, plants, with excellent sun exposure. It has a bedroom with a bunk bed (a double bed that 'makes a sofa' and on top a single bed). The toilet has a pulp. The kitchen/living room has table, chairs and benches. Outdoor balcony with Jacuzzi, tables and sun loungers. Leisure area and gardens with tables, hammocks and slides, balls. Fenced property, for exclusive use. Great for sports; gymnastics, badminton, paintball, others.

Belonging to Nomad's Bonjardim City Flats collection, the Top Floor is a fully equipped mezzanine apartment with maximum capacity for 2 people. <br><br>On the 2nd Floor and facing the back of the building, it has a private balcony and plenty of natural light, which extends to the entire apartment. <br><br>It is located in the quiet street of Bonjardim, just 5 minutes walk from 'Praça do Marquês', where you will find access to transportation such as metro and buses.<br><br>

This innovative space offers 47 m² of comfort and privacy, combining sustainability and design. Created from three 20-foot containers, it provides a unique experience 50 meters from the beach. The living and dining room, with panoramic windows facing the sea, includes a sofa bed and a generous space to relax. The equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub guarantee convenience. The cosy room completes the atmosphere. In isolated terrain, perfect for teleworking.

Nature's Refuge - close to Viana do Castelo

We transformed a maritime container into a small house and it is located in the middle of the countryside. The house has a bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. The entire container house is private and exclusive to guests. However, the container house is located on the land of our house and in this case the garden and pool are shared with us. Guests also have a private exterior with an outdoor table and barbecue.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. With the beach only 400 meters away, this tiny house is situated in the middle of Portuguese nature, in a quiet side street. This tiny sized home is made of a 20 feet shipping container. It has a living room area in the entrance with a sofa that flips into a 120 cm day bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower. The bedroom in the end is equipped with a 140cm x 190cm bed.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
