A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

Sit back and relax in this cozy accommodation. You can relax on the lounge terrace surrounded by gardens. Here, in the lovingly landscaped greenery, you will be awakened by the chirping of birds. In the nearby Babelsberg Park, you can not only visit the palace, but also go hiking, jogging, cycling, or swimming in the beach area. You can swim in your own pool from May. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach Potsdam and Berlin thanks to the excellent transport connections.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue, and the arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

Cozy log cabin near Berlin, Potsdam & Spargelstadt Beelitz. If you are looking for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city or want to spend a romantic weekend, you can really relax here in the private wellness area. The quaint tiny house offers a spacious sauna (wood stove, Himalayan salt wall), a private swimming pool as well as a relaxation room with loungers, kitchen, large shower and underfloor heating. Wood as well as towels and bathrobes are available for free.

Gelegen inmitten von Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern lässt sich hier umgeben von unseren Schafen, Lamas, Esel und Katzen Ruhe und Erholung geniessen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Dachkoje ( Deckenhöhe maximal 150 cm) mit 3 Betten. Ausserdem könnte man auch im Wohnzimmer auf dem Schlafsofa ( 2 Personen) schlafen. Draussen gibt es auch ein Saunahäuschen.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

In the countryside, 30 minutes to the center of Berlin

The 2-room non-smoking apartment (55 m²), private entrance to the upper floor of our single-family house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels + linen are included. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate neighborhood. From Birkenstein S-Bahn station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Charming guest house not far from Lake Zeesener

The guest house "The Pines" is located on the edge of the forest in Senzig and only 1 km from Lake Zeesen. Perfect for slowing down, recharging your batteries or sitting in a meeting in Berlin in 45 minutes. The perfect base for exploring the surrounding area or enjoying the beautiful nature. The apartment, newly furnished in 2022 and completely renovated in 2024, is located on a spacious property with direct forest access.

This offers a good combination between sightseeing and the well-deserved break afterwards.

My apartment is in the heart of Berlin with immediate access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Parking spots are right in front of the building. A balcony, high ceilings, American fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, elevator, WiFi and the idyllic Landwehr-canal make my home special. The buildings architecture is a true "turn of the century" example.
