Desweiteren Fußbodenheizung, Warmwasser ,Terme voll ausgestatte Küche, einen Gasgrill und Terrassenmöbel. Das Boot ist mit 2 Yamaha Motoren von je 25 PS ausgestattet welches einen Sportboot Führerschein erfordert für Binnengewässer.

The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.
