The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. Situated in a woodland location, this detached annexe at GOMO is in beautiful area. It has a fenced lawned garden which is exclusively for your own use. It is an ideal base to explore the Sandringham estate and the Norfolk coastline. Just outside the property you can walk directly into the wooded area and the two picturesque lakes beyond. Ideal for walkers and dog walking. It is a peaceful location but still very close to the nearest town Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail park.

A fabulous romantic bolthole for two. The accommodation is of a very high specification with granite work tops in the kitchen, oak flooring throughout and quality linens and fluffy bath robes.

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
