Excellent accommodation, better than what you see in the photos. Carmen was very nice and generous to us. The goalkeepers treated us very well and helped us all the time. Definitely 100% recommended!!! It is conveniently located and very well equipped.

I've already stayed a couple of times and I always come back for the type of apartment Juan Sebastian has. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting.

So nice, I stayed twice! Great staff at the building, and a great host. The building has really nice amenities. It's very close to the beach, and lots of nice stores and restaurants too. I hope to return again.

Cant say enough good things about Oscar. Super responsive, friendly and efficient. The guys in the apartment complex at the desk were also friendly and very helpful. Oscar even sorted out our laundry needs free of charge!! The location is a five minute walk to the beach and the same to all the best restaurants around the main plaza in Santa Marta. Its very safe and a good stepping off point to explore Santa Marta. Only small watchout is that the second bedroom at the front of the apartmentis noisy due to the road. Earplugs are recommended. Nice apartment that is well appointed, good location and exceptional host. Thank you Oscar!

We stayed at Javier’s place for a month and had a great time. The place is very comfortable and the host is wonderful - always responsive and provided extra details for the comfort of our stay. The location of the Airbnb could not be better: it is 5 minutes walking from the beach and 10 minutes from on the mall. Lots of restaurants close by. The building has great amenities and fantastic views of the sunset from the pool. It is quiet at night. The AC works well (units in every room). A great bonus was cleaning that comes with long-term stay. Amazing place, we would love to come back!

Yes its a luxury apartment spacious , clean with king size beds on each bedroom ! Fantastic view to watch the sunset and see the sea and the beautiful swimming pool that you can use have no words to say how satisfying was !! Definitely if I’ll be back I’ll choose this apartment! Gracias Michael

We enjoyed the apartment and the super comfy beds. The bathroom can be small but functional. A highlight is that for 6 people we had a large fridge. The space is very interesting and everything you need to cook. In addition, it's very convenient to shower and dryer. We had a lovely time at your place. Thanks

This place was exactly what we were looking for on our family holiday. It offered the perfect balance of privacy, cleanliness, and a central location. Everything was thoughtfully provided to ensure kids had a great time, making it ideal for a family stay. The balcony was a fantastic spot to enjoy a barbecue, adding to the overall experience. We would highly recommend this place! Also available to check out late for £££ worthy!

Me and my girlfriend needed 2 days to relax before going back home from Colombia, Mairas place offered all we needed, good surroundings, beautiful view of both nature and sea. Local shopping area with really delicious food, everything was great. We will definitely come back if we get the chance.

The place is super beautiful. It looked like we were in a sky rise in Miami. They had around the clock security and I felt very safe. There is a corner store right next to the lobby where the prices were very reasonable. It was super convenient. There were shops and restaurants that were less than a 5 minute slow walk away from the lobby. All the taxis, Ubers, and DiDi drivers knew exactly where to take us because it is a good amount of tourists at this location. The blinds were electronically controlled. The AC units were powerful and the place had a ton of cooking amenities. I highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting again during the Colombian Summers.

Beautiful space , spotless and accurate to the description and photos . The beach club is something that keeps you busy and the place is very well cared for in all its areas . Edgard Amanda and Diana were always very attentive . We will definitely be back . The apartment is very equipped for the family .

Perfect stay for families! We loved being right on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. So few people are very quiet there. The pool is also close by which is easy with the kids. The accommodation is very large, the rooms very comfortable. Grocery stores are a bit far away, though. Christina is very responsive when we have questions. Loved our stay and would love to go back. Thanks again!
