You will find the serenity and calm of the countryside, while being a few meters from the greenway, and hiking trails. Nearby, you will visit the most beautiful villages of France and Ardèche (Balazuc, Vogüé, Labeaume, Joyeuse...), the famous Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet 2 cave, the Orgnac chasm and the many other caves. Not to mention the sporting, aquatic, and cultural Ardèche...

Peaceful accommodation in a small, quiet, friendly and central Ardechois village. 3-minute walk to the Via Ardèche (bike path connecting Aubenas via Saint Sernin, Vogué on one side and Grospierres on the other via Ruoms for example), close to all shops 5-minute walk (hairdresser, barber, restaurants, bar, Spar, bike and canoe rental...) Accommodation consists of 1 queen bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room and 2 extra beds. Baby necessities are available.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

38 m² duplex in medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Direct departure for hikes as we are the last house before the woods. River 15 minutes' walk, grocery store 5 minutes' walk, Cirque de Gens (large climbing site) 20 minutes' walk, Chauvet 2 Cave and Vallon Pont d'Arc 20 minutes' drive.
