Très moderne et agréable à vivre, elle se compose d'une belle pièce à vivre donnant sur une grande terrasse couverte où le calme s'y installe, d'une chambre avec lit de 160 ainsi qu'une deuxième avec 2 lits de 80 pouvant se transformer en 160, de 2 salles d'eau avec WC.

Our rental - gite "Labeaume" 3/4 persons - is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave...) / dining / living room with sofa bed and flat screen, a bedroom with a double bed in 140, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, in mezzanine, 2 single beds in 90. The rental also offers a covered terrace and a private garden. The rental was completely renovated in 2023.

Direct departure for hikes as we are the last house before the woods. River 15 minutes' walk, grocery store 5 minutes' walk, Cirque de Gens (large climbing site) 20 minutes' walk, Chauvet 2 Cave and Vallon Pont d'Arc 20 minutes' drive.
