Recently renovated 75 m2 charming cottage, located in the municipality of Lagorce near Vallon Pont d 'Arc. Including 2 bedrooms, terrace with garden furniture and BBQ, and large lot. Ideally located close to the rivers, 5 km from the Cave of the Pont d 'Arc and Pont d' Arc. Kitchen fully equipped, fridge ,freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, etc. Fully air-conditioned. Bed linens included.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. For your comfort: Beds are made on arrival, we provide towels, as well as practical products such as salt, pepper, oil...

After more than two years of family work, we are able to offer you our villa. We put our heart into its realization, we wanted it to be welcoming, functional and simple. Built in a quiet area facing the Cirque des Gens, close to the greenway connecting Vogué to Grospierres. The Villa has a garage, in which you can also store canoes, bicycles, etc., as well as a cellar.
