The cottage is completely separate from the house with private terrace. You will be quiet, surrounded by nature, 2 steps from the greenway; and 5 min from the Ardèche on foot. Close to renowned sites such as the Chauvet Cave, Pont d'Arc, Vogüe, you can explore the trails and discover our beautiful landscapes. For the more athletic, many activities await you. But also relax on the deckchairs by the pool, or enjoy the tranquility of the orchard meadow.

On the ground floor of our typical Ardèche house, you will find a fitted kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms, a nice sitting area, a pleasant bathroom, the 30 m² wooden terrace and its HOT TUB with breathtaking views of the hill opposite, plus a small above-ground pool area to cool off in the garden.

Located in Vallon-pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a superb view. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from April 15 to November 15) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. On foot you will find all amenities , and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned a Type 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station is available on site.

Our rental - gite "Labeaume" 3/4 persons - is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave...) / dining / living room with sofa bed and flat screen, a bedroom with a double bed in 140, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, in mezzanine, 2 single beds in 90. The rental also offers a covered terrace and a private garden. The rental was completely renovated in 2023.
