Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furnishings for a relaxed dinner among the stars, and a play area with swings and mud kitchens are what vacation dreams are made of. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. The Apartment Haus Salzburg occupies part of a detached house near the mountains in Glanegg, about 8 km from the centre of Salzburg. Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. It is a 5-minute drive from Hellbrunn Zoo and is right by the A10 and A1 motorways to Salzburg and Salzburg Airport. Lovely apartment between Salzburg and the mountains.

The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful view of Hoher Göll, Watzmann, Kalter Untersberg,..., all day sun, a very special place. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of Music" was shot here... bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, amenities cozy and traditional. Suitable for families with children or a family with grandparents. Note: 2 beds are cribs (185 x 855), one bedroom is a passageway. Chickens, sheep, cats, bullerbü on the mountains!

Welcome to Hallein! Our property is located in a quiet area near (about 150 m) the Auwirt campsite and 1.5 km from Kaltenhausen towards Salzburg. Salzburg Süd is about 9 km from the property. Guests have 2 parking spaces in the garden. Access to the parking lot is from the main road, the first entrance next to the Glaneckerweg. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the mountains

Modern accommodation in the countryside & close to the center

The modern and newly renovated 85 m² residential unit in the Leopoldskron district offers a unique combination of absolute tranquility in the countryside with mountain views and proximity to the center. The old town is a 20-minute walk, while public transportation takes only 10 minutes. Public transport tickets are provided free of charge for each guest. The local recreation area "Leopoldskroner Weiher" is within walking distance.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Old Town studio in Hallein

Our studio apartment is located on the second floor of an old town house at the beginning of the Hallein pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.
