Beautiful house one block from the sea ;)

Cozy and very well located house in the central neighborhood. It is a 5-minute walk from the seaside and 2 min to Lagoa das Capivaras. Quiet street of locals and safe, has wifi (fiber optic), SKY TV, electronic lockbox and alarm. It has a large fenced garden, ideal for families and rest. From the house you can do everything on foot. 2 blocks to the west there is a bakery and mini market (behind camping), and to the east 2 blocks away is the main avenue where the shops and restaurants are.

Beautiful house on the edge of Lagoa Doce, near Barra de Ibiraquera. Very cozy house, modern and rustic style. Suite with air conditioning, hydro, gas heating with high power shower. Room with a double bed and a social bathroom with an electric shower. Wide openings directed to Lagoa Doce and the most beautiful sunset in the area. Good to relax and enjoy nature. The house is not so close to the beach, about 3min by car, but for those that likes tranquility, it's worth the distance.
