The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.
