Lays is a great always helpful host. We arrived and it was impeccable clean and wonderful smell. In addition to having linens and bath linens available also clean. Another detail is that the bathrooms were extremely clean and had shampoo, conditioner and soap I found a whim in every detail!

The beach is in front of a beautiful place, a little far from the center but it's not a problem because you have everything in the area and you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, the amenities of the building are very nice, especially the pool.

We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

The house is excellent! We loved our stay. We were 7 adults and 3 children and we were comfortable. The house is very large, it positively exceeded all our expectations. There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance to the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close, but it is necessary to unload the car before putting it in the space. The parking space is large, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent bathing. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the building, garage. We found the Mercado da Vila, with the essentials for everyday life, it met our needs. There are two coffee shops and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (request by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunchtime and hamburgers at night. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but you need to use a car. We had a great experience and recommend the space.

Wonderful place. We were greeted by kiki who is a sympathy. The condominium is perfect, huge and many areas for children . It is not located on the main street of Beto Carrero, which gives more tranquility, it does not have the movement of centrão, but by car it is close. Much commerce nearby, which makes life easier. For sure when we return we will contact you again.
