We spent the Easter weekend in the apartment and everything was really good. Seu Américo very attentive with us. The apartment is very well located and this makes it a lot easier. The children liked it so much for the ease of going to the beach.

We had a great weekend hosted in Rafael's apartment. The apto is as described in the listing and photos. Everything you need for a good stay has in the apartment. The condominium is wide, it is by the sea. Piscinas (adults and children), children's playground, a quiet and safe place for families. I would recommend and would return at another opportunity.

Great homes, all perfect as described in the listing and Mayara was excellent as a host gave all the necessary information and always responded when necessary. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was great. The apartment is well equipped and very well located, allowing to move easily between the various beaches and resorts of the region. Ana is very attentive and helpful, always ready to answer questions or solve any problem that may arise.

Beautiful place, in the middle of nature! Bring a lot of repellent. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable beds, all rooms with air conditioning. Good restaurant a few meters away, as well as a gas station, with ice and cold drinks, and pharmacy. Very attentive host, there was an issue with the refrigerator and Antônio did everything possible to resolve it quickly. Adalgisa and Lola are in charge of making their stay even better.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is very spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate a large group. The location is excellent and the host was very attentive and helpful from start to finish. We would definitely go back and recommend to those looking for quiet and well spent days near the sea. The house is in a very privileged place, in the most beautiful part of the beach of Armação, close to restaurants and markets, easy access to and from, very spacious and ventilated, allows you to truly rest and relax. Penha is a city that goes far beyond Beto Carrero, there are many places to visit, viewpoints with spectacular views and hidden beaches. Karina also responds quickly and is quite flexible, we hope to return other times.

We were well received by Mrs. Nelly a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is like in the photos, everything very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well cared furniture, well-equipped kitchen is nothing missing, internet of the house is great, comfortable room, barbecue space tbm everything perfect with a beautiful view over the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, recommend and for sure I will come back more times😍

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! Everything was pristinely clean and very well organized since our arrival. The swimming pool is beautiful and super well taken care of, perfect for relaxing looking at the sea view. Bed linen and towels provided were of excellent quality, soft and smelling, which made all the difference in our stay. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, with all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare our meals in comfort. My family and I love and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

The experience was wonderful. Educational, flexible hosts at check-in/checkout and always available for questions or tips on the region The house is spectacular! With a great location, close to Beto Carreiro and Balneário Camboriú. The house is large, clean and complete, with all the spacious, furnished and airy rooms. The nearby swimming pool barbecue and a large gourmet kitchen for cooking with family and/or friends was the highlight of the stay. It has a large brewery, freezer, cellar and even dishwasher. We don't miss anything. The third-floor party area overlooking the sea, barbecue, brewery and gambling tables was an excellent option for rainy day. Great beds and shower better than many hotels. Several nearby beaches (one for each taste), but staying at home was a great option and there was no desire to leave..rsrs We will definitely return, both for the home and for the warmth and attention of the hosts.

The apartment was clean and has all the necessary utensils, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. I traveled with my mother and children and they enjoyed a lot of the condominium that has a pool, playground, game room, court and the beach is in front. There is market, pharmacy, all very close. The stay was great we felt at home.

We really like the site! Beautiful and quiet, supermarkets nearby, convenience stores on the front. Ap very good and well equipped. The owner always responded super well and always cordial.

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
