I traveled with my girlfriend and had an amazing stay at Fausto's house during Carnival. The house is exactly as in the pictures: simple, cozy and very nice. The balcony is too hot. Fausto was an exceptional host, very helpful from the first contact. He answered all our questions, gave great tips for tours and beaches in the area, and even helped us carry the bags at 3:30 am when we arrived. The house has everything you need to cook, and we take the opportunity to make all our meals there. We buy fresh fish with the fishermen there from the village. Picinguaba is a quiet getaway, even at Carnival. The only issue was the parking difficulty, since the village is small and has few spots, but nothing that hindered the experience. I highly recommend the stay for those looking for peace and a charming place close to nature. I will definitely return. Valeu, Fausto!

Place more than special! The view of the house is a chapter by itself, as well as sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea. Plus, everything super clean and according to your listing description. We'll be back for sure!!

Michael's house is lovely! Typical caiçara, but with very comfortable sophisticated details. We spent 5 incredible days as a family. The house is more beautiful live: illuminated, airy and we love the kitchen and living room with high feet, clean decor and wonderful views of the sea. The Sunset and the Moon yielded beautiful memories. The suite is a coziness only, high bed and indirect lighting. All impeccable. A haven of peace and comfort. The house is close to the parking lot, the climb is quiet and the handrail helps. Inside, everything is new and works well (the dishwasher made life easier). Michael was an amazing host. Cordial, kind, attentive, that cares about your guests. We saw this in the welcoming messages, in the care of the house and in the details of the very tasteful decoration. We love the mattresses, bedding, towels, futons, curtains and linen cushions, as well as local art. We were surprised by the medicine and hygiene kit. How careful! Only praise the experience! We'll be back soon!

The house is very well located. Picinguaba beach is very nice. The balcony offers a spectacular view. The house is spacious and serves 6 people well. City Hall is in need of some maintenance, but nothing to hinder the use of the listing
