Great house! Everything perfect! We take our BIG PET SIZE and they love the house/grass!

The house is very good, wide, clean, very functional and has everything we need. Rodrigo is an excellent host, very helpful, the check-in and check-out were very flexible, he responds very quickly and promptly solves the questions, always with great sympathy. In the rooms, the air-conditioning and fans are new and quiet. In the kitchen there are all the utensils we need and the bathrooms are also good. Impeccable pool, very clean. Anyway, it was a great stay, I would come back other times for sure.

Renan was a great host, all clean,back yard,a delight,we liked the house and location very much. Every type of nearby commerce, great access to the beaches,we intend to go back other times,super indico 😍

The house is great, very close to the beach. The house is very well-equipped in the kitchen area, it had everything we needed. Great rooms with good mattress (which I think is very important), great shower too! Great outdoor space. Communication was easy and good indications were given for both shopping and nearby beaches. I highly recommend staying in Caraguá at Tatiana's house.

The hostess was very attentive and kind , we got a very intense traffic which greatly delayed our arrival time and she gave us every possible support! The house is exactly like in the pictures , cozy and clean . The beach in front of the condominium is very beautiful and clean water but with strong waves , needs caution . It has a nearby restaurant and tb winery in general it is well located with nearby commerce (just outside the condominium) we finally like it a lot and despite the surreal traffic we get. The house is very complete. It has a sandwich maker, blender, mixer, oven, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, all impeccable. The house was extremely clean. The only problem is the insects; mosquitoes and gnats actively participate in the stay with you. But nothing that a body repellent and some in the environment can't solve. The nearest beach is Mococa, very quiet on weekdays and on weekends it is worth considering leaving the car in the condominium and walking. Note 10. We hope to return more often.

The house was exactly the same as in the pictures: spacious, cozy and with a charming decoration that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. There was a fountain that made the environment even more enjoyable and relaxing at bedtime. The leisure area had a pool table and ping pong, which were the most successful among the staff during the stay. The swimming pool was huge, perfect for enjoying, and the bathtub was a real highlight — super relaxing and ideal for moments of rest. The condo is very quiet and safe, with a beautiful lake full of ducks and geese, ideal for hiking. There is also a calm river in the condominium, great for cooling off with peace of mind — even my dogs had fun and learned to swim there! Also, host Leonardo was super considerate and answered all questions quickly.

I was delighted, from the moment of booking until the last day always answering questions, giving suggestions and was very flexible at check out, very quiet condominium, with extremely polite and requested employees. Close to market and hospital, very close beaches, easy to reach, a very cozy and welcoming place, we spent 05 incredible days

Junio's apartment, faithful to the ad, is very new and preserved, clean and with everything we needed. It has all the kitchen utensils, from new pots, glass sleepers, silverware, glasses, bowls among others. Everything working, we did not have a problem with anything, good location, you can walk if you like to walk a little to the waterfront, very close to the aquarium and restaurants. Junio always attentive to messages and responded on readiness. Definitely deserves 5 stars and I'll be back for sure.

The loft is perfect, super tidy, well decorated and clean. Very easy to reach, there is place to park.. Well equipped kitchen, very tasty balcony too. Indico has a car because it is a little far from the historic center to walk, but by car it is very quiet and easy to reach. The only negative point are the neighbors of the house next door who made a lot of noise talking loudly until late at night, other than that, note 10!

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

We passed fds,it was super quiet. I only have compliments to make,Neiva and her husband super polite and communicative. Both on arrival and on departure. I was already waiting, escorted us to the room. We even got a ride to the place we were going to. Clean bedroom and bathroom. We made it on foot to the beach in about 20 minutes. Peaceful stay smoothly.

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

Wow, there are no such things. A quiet and peaceful place overlooking the lake. From the first moment we fell in love with the house A very tidy house, nothing is missing, everything is clean and in perfect order. The lovely hostess came to show us where the kayaks were. She also gave us popsicles, organic homemade products. The house is fully equipped, there are lots of kitchen utensils, a charcoal pizza oven, a gas stove and a charcoal stove, a professional barbecue, everything is well-maintained, clean and tidy. We will definitely return.

Casa Grande, super delicious, surrounded by a delicious green area. Highlights to the starry sky and the area to make a fire. In addition to the various birds. I will certainly return.

This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

The stay was simply charming! The site is a true sanctuary high in the mountains of Paraty — surrounded by nature and the beautiful sound of bird singing. We feel welcome from the first instant. All well cared for, thought out with affection. We left with a light heart and already missed. The feeling is of extreme gratitude!

A place that I will definitely return to, a place of peace, nature all around you. Vegetables direct from the garden , fresh milk. Andrea and Mr. Jailson who received us, they are wonderful people, very helpful. By is well warm we take advantage of the swimming pool and the nets that are in the midst of nature. My husband and I loved staying at Renata and Colin's place. is a place with plenty of space, wooded, our house was inside the same plot of their house, but with total privacy. some easy-to-access trails led to a delicious stream, very good for bathing, with some nice water. the house is simple but perfectly according to the advertisement and exactly as we expected. very clean, smelling and soft bed and bath linen. we recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet a few minutes from downtown Paraty.

We had an amazing stay on the Easter holiday. We were welcomed with a selection of fresh vegetables at the door of the house, with a very safe and cozy environment. The house is beautiful, very spacious, cozy and with very well chosen furniture and decorations that give the home feel, with a special marking for the full kitchen, master bedroom and the main bathroom with large glass windows overlooking the green, conveying a very relaxing view. The outside of the house is a show apart, both during the day, with butterflies, birds and sounds of nature, and at night with a sky looking like a painting. Rogério was always available and was very attentive always. Undoubtedly an incredible stay and experience and we will certainly repeat in the future and indicate to the nearest ones.
