I stayed in the Adimilson space with my mother and brother during the carnival. From the beginning, he answered me quickly and was super flexible about the check in. I found the place easily and soon found his collaborator and checked in. The apartment was spotless, extra clean. The apartment has everything you need and a little more (thermal box, ice, kitchen utensils, several pillows…). The apartment is just like in the pictures, very comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is close to the exit to the northern beaches (the best) and avoids a lot of traffic. For check-out, I talked to Mateus, son of Adimilson and again were flexible with departure time. I definitely recommend the accommodation and I will come back more often.

Cozy house with a beautiful view, close to Guarani street (where everything happens at night) and close to Praia Grande de Ubatuba (about 5 min by car - even less). Casa was clean, airy, air-conditioned in all the rooms that work very well and is on the roof of the building (place where the leisure area is), which is very good for those who want to enjoy the pool.

Very well located apartment, close to bakery, supermarket, ice cream parlor, restaurant, all rooms have sea view, and what a view!!! The accommodations are good and Romário is an excellent host, always available, and very polite. It was a great family experience, I'll be back for sure.

The stay at Mr. 's apartment Vicente was wonderful! Everything very organized and clean, in the heart of Caraguatatuba near the trade and building facing the sea! The super helpful hosts, the host was personally greeting us, we found a beautiful treat made by his wife, my daughters loved it! The place is great, as shown in the photos. All very clean and organized. The structure offered by the annex flat is excellent, with good parking and a great pool with a beautiful view. And speaking in view, waking up in the morning to the landscape of the apartment is a separate spectacle. Congratulations on the development! We will definitely be back again.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Location of the house is very good, very close to the historic center and we did everything on foot. Very spacious, a very comfortable and cozy house! Rose is a great person, always solving any doubts and any eventual setbacks, this Airbnb is worth going to!

I was extremely pleased with the stay! The accommodation was clean, with all the kitchen utensils available, which made it very easy during the days I spent there. Bed linen was clean and changed regularly, ensuring even more comfort. The host was very attentive and greeted me with sympathy, with various indications of beach, restaurants, sights. The location is excellent, very close to the beach of Martins, in a quiet and quiet area, perfect for resting. The view is simply amazing, both from our room and outside the barbecue area, and the privacy of the place has provided an even more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

The house has very good structure to receive the guests, the items provided such as towels and bed linen all smelling and clean, and the house when we arrived was also clean. The owners are super accessible and requested, all requests and requests have been answered quickly and kindly. Super indico!

Our stay at the beach house at Enseada was excellent! The house is large, well cared for and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. A special highlight goes to the homemade Fabiano and his wife who were extremely kind, helpful and always available to help us with whatever we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we would certainly return. Super recommended!

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

The condominium itself is worth a lot, game room, swimming pools, courts and even bathrooms. The house meets basic needs, better if it is a couple, we went in four and we were a bit without privacy because it was “open” rooms like the kitchen living room and bedroom. All well organized and clean, many kitchen utensils, well-equipped, have a beautiful view, have been attentive all the time. To reach the house number it is necessary to climb around 86 steps, it did not disturb us at all, but those who have elderly accompanying it is a point to consider!!!
